大学生生涯适应力及生涯辅导研究

【摘要】:本研究对当前大学生生涯适应力进行调查研究,旨在探究大学生生涯适应力的一般特征及其影响因子,并了解高校当前的生涯辅导状况,以期丰富生涯适应力的研究,对大学生生涯辅导工作提供相应的理论支持,并且以这些影响因子为切入点,对大学生的生涯辅导教育提出有针对性的建议及指导方案。 本研究采用《大学生生涯适应力量表》、《职业价值观量表》、自编《高校生涯辅导评价问卷》,对1037名在校大学生进行调查研究,并结合对部分学生及高校生涯辅导人员的访谈调查,研究结果表明: 1.当前高校大学生的生涯适应力总体水平较高,但其结构内部各维度发展不均衡,四个维度按均分排序为:生涯关注生涯好奇生涯信心生涯控制。 2.生涯适应力的影响因素分析:(1)大学生生涯适应力在性别、群体、年级、家庭居住地上存在显著差异;在是否为独生子女、父母受教育程度、家庭结构上均无显著差异。(2)大学生生涯适应力在“有无兼职、实习经验”、专业满意度上均存在显著差异;而在“是否参与社团”、“是否担任学生干部”两个因子上,本科生的生涯适应力水平存在显著差异,硕士研究生的生涯适应力水平无显著差异。(3)职业价值观。阶层回归分析的结果显示,成就实现、社会促进、轻松稳定三个维度对生涯适应力有显著的预测作用。 3.生涯辅导评价问卷的结果分析。总体来说,大学生对学校生涯辅导的需求度较高,对生涯辅导工作的了解度、参与度较低,主动性较欠缺;对当前学校的生涯辅导工作评价尚可,认为对自己有一定帮助,但指导的内容深度不够、针对性不强;希望学校能够多邀请相关专家来校指导,多为学生提供社会实践的机会。 4.对高校生涯辅导人员的访谈结果显示,学生在职业规划方面普遍存在对自身定位不清晰、对工作不了解、没有形成正确的择业观等问题,而高校的生涯辅导大多只重视就业指导,仅关注指导内容的速效性、技巧性,没有从生涯发展角度给予学生系统、全面的生涯辅导。 在以实证研究为依据、结合访谈调查的基础上,本研究提出,高校应关注大学生生涯适应力的发展,重视对大学生的生涯辅导工作,加大对大学生生涯教育的工作力度,为大学生生涯适应力的积极发展创造良好的条件,使大学生能够为其生涯发展做出充分的准备。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the general characteristics of college students' career adaptability and its influencing factors, and to understand the current career guidance situation in colleges and universities. In order to enrich the study of career adaptability, to provide corresponding theoretical support for career guidance work of college students, and with these factors as the starting point. This paper puts forward some suggestions and guiding programs for career guidance education of college students. In this study, 1037 college students were investigated by using the career adaptability scale of College students, the Occupational values scale and the career guidance Evaluation questionnaire of Colleges and Universities. Combined with interviews with some students and career counselors in colleges and universities, the results show that: 1. The overall level of career adaptability of college students is relatively high, but the development of each dimension within the structure is not balanced. The four dimensions are ranked as follows: career concern career curiosity career confidence career control. 2. Analysis of the influencing factors of career adaptability: (1) there are significant differences in career adaptability of college students in gender, group, grade and family residence; There were no significant differences in whether they were only children, parents' education level and family structure. 2) there were significant differences in college students' career adaptability in whether they had part-time work, internship experience and professional satisfaction. However, in the two factors of "whether to participate in the community" and "whether to be a student cadre", there are significant differences in the life adaptability level of undergraduates. There is no significant difference in the level of career adaptability of postgraduates. The result of stratification regression analysis shows that achievement is realized and society is promoted. The three dimensions of ease and stability have a significant predictive effect on life adaptability. 3. Analysis of the results of career guidance evaluation questionnaire. Generally speaking, college students' demand for school career guidance is high, their understanding of career guidance work is low, their participation degree is low, and their initiative is lacking. To the present school career guidance work appraisal is OK, thinks to have the certain help to oneself, but the guidance content depth is insufficient, the pertinence is not strong; Hope that the school can invite more experts to the school guidance, more students to provide opportunities for social practice. 4. The results of interviews with career counselors in colleges and universities show that students generally have some problems in career planning, such as lack of clarity of their own position, lack of understanding of their work, and failure to form a correct outlook on employment. The career guidance of colleges and universities only pay attention to employment guidance, only focus on the quick impact of guidance, skills, not from the perspective of career development to students system, comprehensive career guidance. On the basis of empirical research and interview investigation, this study suggests that colleges and universities should pay attention to the development of college students' career adaptability, and pay attention to career guidance for college students. To strengthen the work of career education for college students, to create good conditions for the positive development of college students' career adaptability, so that college students can make full preparation for their career development.
