【摘要】：随着时代的飞速发展和国内外竞争环境的日益加剧,人才需求的质量和标准不断提高,大学生作为中国特色社会主义现代化建设事业人才大军的重要组成部分,不仅要具备一定的科学文化素质,还要有良好的身心素质,其中人际交往作为衡量心理素质健康与否的一个重要因素,对大学生的学习、生活、工作以及成才与发展都有着至关重要的影响,良好的人际关系是一个人心理正常健康和生活具有幸福感的重要条件之一。人际交往是思想政治教育的重要渠道和有效载体,在人际交往中进行思想政治教育,对于提高思想政治教育效果,对于解决大学生的人际交往障碍,以及和谐校园、和谐社会构建,具有深远的意义。通过思想政治教育,树立大学生正确的人生观、价值观,学会与人交往,掌握人际交往技巧,形成健康的个性品质,营建和谐的人际关系,这也是大学生思想政治教育理论与实践的创新载体。本文通过对来自六所不同地区和类型共计407名的在校大学生进行调查,了解他们目前存在的主要人际交往障碍现状,分析产生这些障碍的主客观原因,并且运用思想政治教育学的相关理论来排除大学生人际交往障碍。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic and foreign competition environment is increasing, demand for talent quality and standards continue to improve, college students as an important part of socialist modernization of army personnel China characteristics, not only have a certain scientific and cultural qualities, but also have a good psychological quality, including interpersonal communication as a measure and an important factor whether the psychological health of College Students' learning, life, work, talent and development are important influence, good interpersonal relationship is one of the important conditions for the normal health and life has a personal psychological well-being.
Interpersonal communication is an important channel for the ideological and political education and the effective carrier of Ideological and political education in the process of interpersonal communication, to improve the effect of Ideological and political education, to solve interpersonal barriers of college students, and the harmonious campus, the construction of a harmonious society, which has profound significance. Through the ideological and political education of college students to establish a correct outlook on life, value view, learn to interact with people, master interpersonal skills, the formation of healthy personality, harmonious interpersonal relationship construction, innovation theory and practice which is the ideological and political education of college students.
Through the investigation of six different types of area and a total of 407 college students, understand their present major interpersonal disorder situation, analyses the obstacles of subjective and objective reasons, and using the related theory of Ideological and political education to exclude the interpersonal barriers of college students.
