【摘要】：高等教育改革的不断深化,大学生教育培养模式已经从固定学年制转变到弹性学分制,在大学生后勤管理服务机制上也进入社会化管理时代。高校学生宿舍作为大学生教育管理的单元的地位日趋重要,宿舍文化的德育功能进一步凸显。高校学生宿舍文化,是以大学生为主体,以学生宿舍园区为主要空间,以宿舍活动为主要内容,涵盖整体布局、硬件基础设施状况、人际关系、思想道德水准、审美情趣、行为方式、价值取向等多方面的文化。高校学生宿舍文化具有文体娱乐功能、心理调试功能、控制约束功能、激励促进功能、教育导向功能等德育功能,并对大学生的心理、思想和行为产生重要影响。全文共分五个部分：第一部分为导论,全面分析研究背景,详细介绍研究的目的、意义、思路和方法,并对“高校学生宿舍文化”的国内外研究现状作了综述；第二部分对高校学生宿舍文化以及宿舍文化德育功能的内涵、特点及意义进行了界定和阐述；第三部分主要阐述高校学生宿舍文化德育功能的内容,为下面的研究提供理论支持；第四部分结合问卷调查的结果,对高校学生宿舍文化建设现状及存在的问题进行了分析；第五部分提出了提升高校学生宿舍文化德育功能的有效实施的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of higher education, the mode of college students' education has changed from the fixed academic year system to the flexible credit system. College students' dormitory is becoming more and more important as the unit of college students' education management. The moral education function of dormitory culture is further highlighted. The university student dormitory culture is to take the college students as the main body, the student dormitory park as the main space, and the dormitory activities as the main content, covering the overall layout. Hardware infrastructure, interpersonal relations, ideological and moral standards, aesthetic taste, behavior, value orientation and other aspects of the culture. The functions of moral education, such as controlling restraint function, encouraging and promoting function and education-oriented function, have an important influence on college students' psychology, thought and behavior. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, comprehensive analysis of the research background, detailed introduction of the purpose, significance, ideas and methods. This paper also summarizes the present situation of the research on "the culture of college students' dormitory" at home and abroad. The second part defines and expounds the connotation, characteristics and significance of college student dormitory culture and the function of dormitory culture moral education. The third part mainly expounds the content of the moral education function of college students' dormitory culture, and provides theoretical support for the following research; Part 4th, combined with the results of questionnaire, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of college students' dormitory culture construction. Part 5th puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the function of moral education of college students'dormitory culture.
