基于云模型的高校教师综合能力评价方法

【摘要】：教师素质评价的议题逐渐成为评价领域的重要课题。文章基于云模型和层次分析法对高校教师综合能力进行评价,利用云的三个数字特征通过特定的算法来实现定性概念和定量表示的转换,建立起了定性和定量之间的相互联系、相互依存的关系,性中有量、量中有性。云模型的引入,大大减少了人为判断的主观性,既具有客观性又达到标准化。
[Abstract]:The topic of teacher quality evaluation has gradually become an important topic in the field of evaluation. This paper evaluates the comprehensive ability of college teachers based on cloud model and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Using the three numerical features of the cloud to realize the transformation of qualitative concept and quantitative representation through a specific algorithm, the relationship between qualitative and quantitative is established, which is dependent on each other. The introduction of the cloud model greatly reduces the subjectivity of artificial judgment and achieves both objectivity and standardization.
