中原经济区与河南高等教育协调发展研究

【摘要】：建设中原经济区已上升为国家战略，高等教育作为支撑区域经济发展的主要力之一，必须要跟上区域发展的脚步，为中原经济区的经济、社会发展做出贡献。《中原经济区建设纲要》中提出，河南省必须要建设若干具有较强竞争力的大学，加快提升高等教育整体水平，吸引国内外一流院校在我省设立分校。推进与国内外知名高校，科研机构开展学科基地建设和重点实验室，，科研基地建设。本文以新增长理论，区域竞争力理论等相关教育与区域经济发展理论为基础，采用调查研究法和定性研究法比较分析具有代表性的六大经济区主体城市的高等教育发展现状与区域经济发展的协调性，呈现出当前河南省高等教育在适应中原经济区发展中存在的问题，并提出相关的建议，以期对河南省高等教育的发展有所裨益。本文主要分为五个部分：第一部分，介绍了论文的选题背景、研究目的、研究意义、文献综述和研究方法。第二部分，主要对高等教育与区域经济发展的相关概念做出了界定，并且阐述了本文所用到的关于区域高等教育与区域经济发展的相关理论基础。第三部分，通过对中原经济区的相关介绍，叙述了人才、科技、文化在中原经济区建设过程中的重要作用，并且这三个重要元素都来至于高等教育。第四部分，对比分析了中原经济区，长江三角洲地区，珠江三角洲地区，海峡西岸经济区，成渝经济区和关中—天水经济区的主体城市的高等教育与其区域经济协调发展状况，得出，河南高等教育与中原经济区的发展仍然处于不协调状态，并且与其中个别经济区的差距甚远。第五部分，提出河南省高等教育在适应中原经济区发展的过程中的相关建议。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone has become a national strategy, and higher education, as one of the main forces supporting regional economic development, must keep up with the pace of regional development and become the economy of the Central Plains Economic Zone. In the outline for the Construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, it is proposed that Henan Province must build a number of universities with strong competitiveness in order to speed up the upgrading of the overall level of higher education. To attract domestic and foreign first-class colleges and universities to set up branch schools in our province, to promote the construction of discipline bases, key laboratories and scientific research bases with well-known universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. Regional competitiveness theory and other related education and regional economic development theory as the basis, By using the methods of investigation and qualitative research, this paper compares and analyzes the coordination between the development of higher education and the development of regional economy in the representative cities of the six major economic regions. This paper presents the problems of Henan higher education in adapting to the development of Central Plains Economic Zone, and puts forward some relevant suggestions in order to benefit the development of Henan higher Education. This paper is divided into five parts:. The first part introduces the background, purpose, significance, literature review and research methods. The second part mainly defines the related concepts of higher education and regional economic development, and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of regional higher education and regional economic development used in this paper. The third part, through the related introduction to the Central Plains Economic Zone, describes the important role of talents, science and technology, and culture in the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, and these three important elements all come to higher education. Part 4th, comparative analysis of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta region, the Pearl River Delta region, the West Taiwan Strait Economic Zone, The coordinated development of higher education and regional economy in the main cities of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone shows that the development of Henan higher education and the Central Plains Economic Zone is still in a state of disharmony. And with one of the individual economic zones far apart. In the 5th part, the author puts forward the relevant suggestions of Henan higher education in the course of adapting to the development of Central Plains Economic Zone.
