创新实践型人才培养的实验教学改革与探索

【摘要】：针对当前企业对高素质工程技术人才的需求和部分高职高专院校实验教学的现状,阐述了进行实验教学改革的必要性。以河南机电高等专科学校自动控制实验教学改革的实践为基础,以新时期创新性、实践性人才培养为目标,探究了实验教学理念与改革思路等方面的问题,并提出了一些有益的实验教学新举措。实践证明,新的实验教学模式更能激发学生学习的主动性和创新性,能更好地为创新实践型人才培养奠定坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:In view of the demand of enterprises for high-quality engineering and technical talents and the present situation of experimental teaching in some higher vocational colleges, This paper expounds the necessity of the reform of experimental teaching, based on the practice of automatic control of experimental teaching reform in Henan Electromechanical College, and aiming at the cultivation of innovative and practical talents in the new period. This paper probes into the problems of the idea of experimental teaching and the ideas of reform, and puts forward some beneficial new measures of experimental teaching. The practice proves that the new experimental teaching mode can stimulate students' initiative and innovation in learning more effectively. It can lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of innovative and practical talents.
