【摘要】:随着我国研究生教育规模的不断扩大,研究生“精英”、“高端”等光环已逐渐褪去,随之而来的是研究生就业难、低端就业等问题的日渐突显,研究生教育培养的质量受到社会的广泛质疑。职业生涯规划被普遍认为是突破就业难题实现职业成功的有效手段,对个人自身的职业发展有着不可忽视的现实意义。同时,在企业管理实践以及组织行为学的研究领域,对企业员工主动行为的培养和开发日益成为探讨和分析的重点课题,现有的研究成果也证实了特定的主动行为在职业生涯成功中发挥着重要的作用。在目前教育环境和就业形势不容乐观的双重压力下,研究生以实际行动对自己的未来发展负责,充分发挥个人的主观能动性,积极进行职业生涯规划,成为研究生提高个人素质能力,打破当前就业困境的重要途径,因此对研究生群体在职业生涯方面的主动行为展开研究是十分有必要的。本文以全日制学术型硕士研究生为研究对象,将企业组织行为学的研究成果与研究生的教育培养相结合,首先运用文献分析法整合现有的关于员工主动行为和研究生职业生涯规划的相关文献资料和研究成果,结合访谈调研的结果,自编“研究生职业生涯规划主动行为现状调查问卷”和“研究生主动行为影响因素调查问卷”;接着以福州大学、福建师范大学、福建农林大学在读的硕士研究生为样本,运用问卷调查法进行实证调查研究,然后运用SPSS16.0对收集的初测数据进行检验分析,删除不符合统计学要求的题项,使问卷在信度和效度方面更加科学后进行正式的施测和统计分析,探讨了研究生职业生涯规划的主动行为现状、差异及其影响因素,并对研究生在职业生涯规划主动行为方面存在的问题进行了分析,以期为提高研究生教育培养的质量提供新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:With China's graduate education continues to expand the scale of graduate students "elite", "high-end" aura has faded, followed by graduate employment, low employment problem is increasing, the quality of education and training of graduate students has been widely questioned society. Vocational career planning is generally considered to be the breakthrough of employment problem of effective means of achieving successful occupation has practical significance, can not be ignored for personal occupation development. At the same time, in the research field of enterprise management practice and organizational behavior of the employees of the enterprise initiative training and development has become the focus of discussion and analysis topic, the existing research results also confirmed the initiative the particular behavior plays an important role in the occupation career success. In the dual pressure of environmental education and the employment situation is not optimistic, graduate students with practical action on their own Responsible for the future development, give full play to their subjective initiative and actively carry out occupation career planning, become postgraduates to improve personal quality and ability, an important way to break the current employment difficulties, so the expansion of graduate students in the active behavior of occupation career aspects of the research is very necessary. This paper takes full-time academic graduate for the object of study, the enterprise organizational behavior research and postgraduate education training combined, firstly using literature analysis method to integrate the existing literature on employee initiative and graduate occupation career planning and research results, combined with the interview survey results, self graduate occupation career planning initiative status questionnaire "and" graduate active behavior factors questionnaire "; and then to Fuzhou University, Fujian Normal University, Fujian Agriculture And Forestry University Read the graduate students as subjects, using questionnaire survey of empirical research, and then use SPSS16.0 to collect the initial test data is examined, delete items do not meet the requirements of the statistics, the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of the reliability and validity of the formal aspects of more scientific, discusses the research status of active behavior student occupation career planning, behavior and its influence factors, and to graduate in occupation career planning initiative behavior problems are analyzed, in order to provide new ideas and methods for improving the quality of education and training of graduate students.
