隐性德育视角下大学校园文化建设研究

【摘要】：党的十七届六中全会对新形势下推进文化改革发展做出了全面部署,其中包括“提高校园文化建设水平”的任务要求。论文从隐性德育视角探讨大学校园文化建设,对于扩展大学校园文化建设研究的视野,丰富德育研究的内容,增强大学德育工作实效性,提高大学校园文化建设水平具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。全文共分为四个部分。第一部分对该论题的研究背景、意义、现状、方法以及创新之处进行阐述。第二部分对隐性德育和大学校园文化相关概念进行梳理和界定,同时阐释了大学校园文化与隐性德育的内在关联：大学校园文化具有重要隐性德育功能；大学校园文化是隐性德育的重要载体。第三部分通过问卷调查,走访观察的实证研究方法提出大学校园文化建设存在的不足之处：校园物质文化重规模轻内涵；校园制度文化重管理轻人文；校园行为文化重热闹轻育人；校园精神文化重形式轻特色。同时就存在的问题从认识和实践层面上予以剖析,认为大学对隐性德育的重视度需进一步提高,大学校园文化隐性德育元素需有效挖掘。第四部分重点对隐性德育视角下大学校园文化建设途径进行阐述。首先,深化从隐性德育视角下大学校园文化建设的认识。其次,从构成大学校园文化四个组成部分从隐性德育视角提出具体举措：(1)育人于景,打造厚重的大学校园物质文化。具体包括校园主体建筑应体现文化品位；精心设计富有感染力的校园雕塑；巧妙布局具有文化底蕴的校园绿化。(2)育人于理,构建良好的校园制度文化。具体包括彰显大学校园制度公平正义,强化大学校园制度以人为本,注重大学校园制度刚柔并济。(3)育人于行,强化多彩的大学校园行为文化。具体包括开展丰富多彩的社团活动；构建和谐的校园人际关系；强化校园特色庆典活动；倡导科学节约的校园消费行为。(4)育人于心,营建积极向上的校园精神文化。具体包括深化大学校训内涵,敦励学生良好品行；彰显大学校徽意蕴,升华学生思想理念；强化大学学风功能,促进学生成人成才；梳理大学校史积淀,凝聚学生爱校情怀。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 17 CPC Central Committee made a comprehensive arrangement to promote the cultural reform and development under the new situation, including the task of "improving the level of campus culture construction". It has certain theoretical significance and practical value for expanding the research field of university campus cultural construction, enriching the content of moral education research, enhancing the actual effect of university moral education work and improving the level of university campus culture construction. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part expounds the background, significance, current situation, methods and innovations of the thesis. The second part is about the recessive moral education and the related concepts of campus culture. At the same time, it explains the inner relation between the campus culture and the hidden moral education: the university campus culture has the important function of the recessive moral education, the university campus culture is the important carrier of the recessive moral education. The empirical research method of visiting and observing points out the shortcomings of the construction of campus culture: the material culture of the campus pays more attention to the scale than the connotation, the culture of the campus system pays more attention to the management than the humanities, the culture of the campus behavior pays more attention to the lively than the education; At the same time, it analyzes the existing problems from the aspect of cognition and practice, and thinks that the university should pay more attention to the hidden moral education. The hidden moral elements of university campus culture need to be effectively excavated. Part 4th focuses on how to construct campus culture from the perspective of recessive moral education. First, deepen the understanding of the construction of campus culture from the perspective of hidden moral education. Secondly, the paper discusses the construction of campus culture from the perspective of recessive moral education. From the perspective of recessive moral education, this paper puts forward concrete measures to educate people from the perspective of recessive moral education, and to create a thick material culture of university campus, which includes that the main building of campus should embody cultural taste; Elaborate design of infectious campus sculpture; ingenious layout of campus greening with cultural background.) educating people and constructing a good campus system culture, including showing the fairness and justice of the university campus system, Strengthen the university campus system to be people-oriented, pay attention to the university campus system to educate people in practice, strengthen the colorful campus behavior culture, including carrying out rich and colorful community activities, building harmonious campus interpersonal relationship; Strengthen the celebration activities with campus characteristics; advocate scientific and economical campus consumption behavior. 4) educate people and build a positive campus spiritual culture.
