民族高校学生职业规划意识现状与对策分析

【摘要】：意识引导行动,规划塑造未来。在就业形势依然严峻的今天,民族高校学生只有树立积极主动意识,做好职业规划,提升就业竞争力,才能赢得先机。本文在界定职业规划内涵、探讨职业规划意义的基础上,对民族高校学生职业规划现状进行了分析,并就如何提升民族高校学生职业规划意识提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:Today, when the employment situation is still grim, students in colleges and universities for nationalities only have to set up a positive sense of initiative, do a good job planning, and enhance the competitiveness of employment. On the basis of defining the connotation of career planning and discussing the significance of career planning, this paper analyzes the present situation of students' career planning in universities for nationalities, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to enhance the awareness of career planning of students in universities for nationalities.
