人文关怀视阈下思想政治教育个体价值研究

【摘要】:人文关怀理念反映着社会历史发展的必然趋势,,既是时代发展的需要,也是思想政治教育理论本身创新的需要。它关注人的本质,强调人生的意义与价值,体现以人为本的核心特征。而思想政治教育个体价值旨在重视人的价值,促进人的发展并彰显其潜能,最终促进社会的和谐发展。本文在马克思主义人学思想与人的全面发展理论指导下,将人文关怀理念纳入思想政治教育个体价值的研究范畴,试图做出理论阐述,具有重要的理论及实践意义。长期以来,由于多方面原因,思想政治教育中人文关怀理念体现不足,削弱了其个体价值实现的有效性。本文结合了思想政治教育个体价值实现过程中人文关怀缺失的现状,做出归因分析,并提出解决措施,主要从以下几个部分对这一问题进行了探讨。 第一部分:人文关怀的内在意蕴。主要阐述人文关怀的内涵,并对其内容和特点进行详尽地归纳和探讨。该部分是本文的逻辑起点,对相关概念进行厘定的同时,进一步揭示其理论特点。 第二部分:思想政治教育个体价值的内涵。该部分主要阐述思想政治教育个体价值的含义、内容和特征,论述“思想政治教育个体价值是什么”的问题,并分析人文关怀理念与思想政治教育个体价值的内在联系以及人文关怀在思想政治教育中发挥的关键作用。 第三部分:思想政治教育个体价值实现过程中人文关怀的缺失及原因。这一部分是本文的重点,该部分对思想政治教育个体价值的实现过程中人文关怀理念的缺失和原因进行较为全面的分析和归纳,揭示了人文关怀理念在思想政治教育过程中的运用是加快社会主义现代化建设的客观要求,是促进人类全面发展的重要保证。 第四部分:人文关怀视阈下思想政治教育个体价值的实现路径。这部分是本文的创新点,根据思想政治教育个体价值实现过程中人文关怀的缺失,有针对性地提出对策,主要从思想政治教育的教育环境、教育主体、教育内容、教育方法四个方面加强人文关怀理念,促进思想政治教育更好地发展。
[Abstract]:The idea of humanistic care reflects the inevitable trend of social and historical development, which is not only the need of the development of the times, but also the need of the innovation of the theory of ideological and political education, which pays close attention to the essence of human beings and emphasizes the significance and value of life. The individual value of ideological and political education aims to attach importance to human value, promote human development and reveal its potential. Finally, it promotes the harmonious development of the society. Under the guidance of the Marxist theory of human studies and the all-round development of human beings, this paper brings the humanistic care concept into the research category of the individual value of ideological and political education, and tries to make a theoretical exposition. It has important theoretical and practical significance. For a long time, due to various reasons, the humanistic care concept in ideological and political education has not been reflected enough. This paper combines the current situation of humanistic concern in the realization of individual value of ideological and political education, makes attribution analysis, and puts forward some measures to solve the problem. This problem is discussed from the following parts. The first part: the inherent meaning of humanistic care. It mainly expounds the connotation of humanistic care, and makes a detailed summary and discussion of its contents and characteristics. This part is the logical starting point of this paper, while defining the relevant concepts. Further reveal its theoretical characteristics. The second part: the connotation of the individual value of ideological and political education, which mainly expounds the meaning, content and characteristics of the individual value of ideological and political education, and discusses the question of "what is the individual value of ideological and political education". It also analyzes the inner relationship between humanistic care and individual value of ideological and political education and the key role of humanistic care in ideological and political education. The third part: the deficiency and reason of humanistic concern in the process of realizing the individual value of ideological and political education. In this part, the author makes a comprehensive analysis and induction of the lack and reasons of humanistic care in the process of realizing the individual value of ideological and political education. It is revealed that the application of humanistic care in the process of ideological and political education is the objective requirement of speeding up the socialist modernization and the important guarantee to promote the all-round development of mankind. Part 4th: the way to realize the individual value of ideological and political education from the perspective of humanistic care. This part is the innovation of this paper, according to the lack of humanistic care in the process of realizing the individual value of ideological and political education, the countermeasures are put forward. In order to promote the better development of ideological and political education, we should strengthen the concept of humanistic care from four aspects: the educational environment, the main body, the content and the method of ideological and political education.
