【摘要】:高校辅导员与学生信任关系是高校学生管理工作能否有效开展的前提,对于维护校园稳定和和谐校园建设有着重要价值。高校辅导员队伍承担着大学生的思想教育和日常管理工作。辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的承担者,是高校思想政治教育工作队伍的重要组成部分,肩负着大量的思想教育、政治教育工作,既是提高大学生思想政治素质的导师,又是大学生良好道德品质的培育者。作为学校思想教育的组织者和实施者,辅导员直接面对着众多的在校大学生,承担着引导他们树立正确的世界观、人生观,指引他们确定远大的人生目标和崇高理想的工作职责;此外,辅导员还承担着心理导师和生活导师的角色,在日常生活随时帮助解决大学生在思想上遇到的各种困惑和生活中遇到的各种难题。作为大学生良好道德品质的引导者,辅导员往往以身体力行引导大学生在日常生活中知荣辱、讲文明;作为道德教育的实施者,辅导员通过对大学生进行责任教育、感恩教育、纪律教育、公德教育,帮助大学生树立正确道德观和价值观。要完成如此复杂而琐碎的管理和教育工作,高校辅导员和学生之间能否建立信任关系就至为关键。本文的研究就是为了在师生间能够建立一种相互信任的关系,从而有利于促进学校和谐发展和学生自身发展。 大学阶段是个体人际信任形成、发展的重要阶段,大学生的人际信任水平对大学生人际关系的建立有着直接的影响,也将影响到他们的心理健康水平和对社会的适应水平。在新的历史发展时期,时代快速发展,新鲜事物不断涌出,高校大学生群体在思想观念和价值趋向等方面都发生了很大的变化,主要体现在自我创新的主体意识,个性意识和参与意识的不断增强,价值的判断多元化,思想观念的日益复杂等等。所以传统的学生管理工作在管理方式以及观念方面都面临着严峻的挑战,并且存在诸多不足和需要改善的地方。大学生正处于生理和心理趋向成熟的时期。处于从依赖心理逐步走向自我独立状态,从自我意识不足到强烈的个性张扬的心理转型过渡阶段。但现实的社会生活中,大学生日益承受来自学习、经济、人际关系、就业等各方面压力,心理异常和心理疾病成为大学生健康成长的巨大障碍。辅导员是教师群体中与大学生交往、沟通最密切的人,也就间接成为学生心理疏导者和心理卫生知识的传播者,帮助大学生心理健康成长。近年来,高校毕业生的就业压力严峻,引导大学生正确择业是高校应对就业压力的必要举措。随着教育体制改革的进一步深化,大学生自主择业和主动创业成为重要的就业形式。就业与创业涉及到大学生及家庭的利益,牵涉到国家和社会的利益,是构建和谐校园的重要环节。辅导员有责任和义务帮助大学生树立正确的择业观和创业观,对大学生进行针对性的择业、创业的指导和培训,帮助他们顺利走上工作岗位,适应职业生活。辅导员是大学生日常生活的管理者,承担着大量的日常生活管理和日常教学管理工作。从初入大学校园到毕业找工作,大学生每天的学习生活中都穿插着辅导员忙碌的身影,日常考勤、早操点名、突发事件的处理以及学生评优、评奖、发放困难补助、组织勤工俭学、违纪处理等等都是无不是由辅导员实施完成。学校的各项制度和通知都是经过辅导员传达到大学生。因此,大学生与辅导员之间的信任关系显得更加重要,是各种问题能否得到解决的关键,是构建和谐校园的基础。 本论文旨在对我国高校辅导员与学生间信任关系研究的比较,调查其实践过程中存在的主要问题并分析取产生原因,提出改进和完善我国高校辅导员与学生信任的关系的具体思路、途径。 本论文由导论和五章正文及结语部分组成。 导论部分主要阐述了本论文选题的理由及研究目的、意义,国内外研究现状的概述,对一些主要概念进行了界定,以及本论文的主要内容、逻辑结构和研究方法。 第一章是对基本概念的界定。如高校辅导员的制度、高校学生管理工作、信任概念及其几种主要信任类型-制度信任、人际信任、道德信任、教育信任等。 第二章是对高校辅导员与学生信任现状的实证研究,通过针对辅导员群体与大学生群体分别展开随机抽样的问卷调查以及访谈,从辅导员和大学生各自在对方心目中的地位主观评价,辅导员对自身职业地位的认可程度及其工作状况,学生对辅导员的认可程度等进行调研,分析两者之间的信任状况及其存在的问题,以便于后文提出解决方案有据可循。 第三章辅导员与大学生的四种“信任博弈”分析及阻碍信任关系构建的因素分析。通过分析四种信任博弈,并探索信任构建的症结因素,为构建充满信任的新型师生关系,创建谐校园创造基础。 第四章是具体探讨辅导员与学生信任关系存在的问题与原因分析。论文多层面地解析高校辅导员与学生信任关系构建的阻碍因素,如社会因素、校园因素、心理、情感、道德因素、时间与人际亲疏因素、专业能力及管理的因素,从而合理地得出,造成高校辅导员与学生信任度不足是综合因素整合的结果。 第五章具体探讨高校辅导员与学生信任关系构建的思路与具体途径。具体来说从宏观层面如社会信任环境的改善、中观层面如高校信任氛围营造、微观层面认为应从认知层面、实践层面、道德层面推进两者的信任度。并强调构建二者之间的信任关系的根本在于辅导员的工作态度、工作热情以及工作能力。 论文最后指出,促进师生间的相互信任,通过各种形式构建师生间的信任渠道,是构建和谐校园,高校可持续发展的根本之路。
[Abstract]:The trust relationship between college counselors and students is the prerequisite for the effective development of College Students' management work. It has an important value for maintaining the stability of the campus and building a harmonious campus. Such a complex and trivial task of management and education is crucial to the establishment of a trust relationship between college counselors and students. This study is aimed at establishing a mutual trust between teachers and students so as to promote the harmonious development of the school and the development of the students themselves.
The university stage is an important stage for the formation and development of individual interpersonal trust. The level of interpersonal trust of college students has a direct impact on the establishment of College Students' interpersonal relationship. It will also affect their mental health level and the level of social adaptation. In the new historical development period, the times are developing rapidly, new things are pouring out and universities are big. There have been great changes in students' ideas and values, which are mainly embodied in the consciousness of the subject of self innovation, the increasing of the consciousness of individuality and participation, the diversification of the value judgment, the increasing complexity of the idea, and so on. So the traditional management of students is faced with the way of management and ideas. There are serious challenges, and there are many shortcomings and needs to be improved. College students are in a period of physiological and psychological maturity. They are in the transitional stage of psychological transition from dependence on psychology to self independence, from lack of self consciousness to strong personality. But in real social life, college students are increasingly accepting From the pressure of learning, economy, interpersonal relationship and employment, psychological and psychological disorders have become a great obstacle to the healthy growth of college students. The counselors are the people who communicate with the college students and communicate most closely. They also indirectly become the students' psychological guide and the disseminator of the knowledge of health and health, helping the college students' mental health. In recent years, the employment pressure of college graduates is severe. It is a necessary measure to guide college students to choose their jobs correctly. With the further deepening of the reform of the education system, college students' independent employment and initiative become an important form of employment. Employment and entrepreneurship involve the interests of college students and families, involving the country and the country. The benefit of the society is an important link in the construction of a harmonious campus. The counselors have the responsibility and obligation to help the college students to set up a correct view of career selection and entrepreneurship, carry out a targeted career selection, guide and train the college students, help them go to their jobs and adapt to their professional life. All the systems and notices of the school are carried out by the counselors. The school's systems and notices are communicated to the college students through the counselors. Therefore, the trust relationship between the college students and the counselors is more important. It is the key to the solution of all kinds of problems and the foundation for the construction of a harmonious campus.
The purpose of this thesis is to compare the research on the trust relationship between college counselors and students in our country, investigate the main problems in the process of practice and analyze the causes, and put forward the concrete ideas and ways to improve and improve the relationship between college counselors and students' trust in our country.
This paper is composed of introduction and five chapters.
The introduction part mainly expounds the reasons for the topic, the purpose of the study, the significance, the overview of the research status at home and abroad, the definition of some main concepts, the main contents of this paper, the logical structure and the research methods.
The first chapter is the definition of basic concepts, such as the system of college counselors, the management of college students, the concept of trust and some of the main types of trust - institutional trust, interpersonal trust, moral trust, and educational trust.
The second chapter is an empirical study on the status of college counselors and students' trust. Through the questionnaire survey and interviews on the random sampling of the Counselor Group and the college student group, the subjective evaluation of the status of the counselors and college students in their respective positions, the degree of recognition and work status of the counselors on their self career status, and the status of their work are also discussed. Students conduct research on the degree of accreditation of counselors, analyze the trust situation and their existing problems, so as to facilitate the solution of the problem.
The third chapter of the four "trust game" analysis of counselors and college students and the analysis of the factors that impede the construction of trust relationship. Through the analysis of four kinds of trust games, and exploring the crux factors of trust construction, to build a new relationship between teachers and students full of trust and create a foundation for the creation of a harmonious campus.
The fourth chapter is to discuss the problems and reasons of the relationship between Counselors and students. This paper analyzes the obstacles of building the trust relationship between college counselors and students, such as social factors, campus factors, psychological, emotional, moral factors, time and interpersonal factors, professional ability and management factors, so as to be reasonable. It is concluded that the lack of trust between college counselors and students is the result of integration of comprehensive factors.
The fifth chapter concretely probes into the ideas and specific ways of building the trust relationship between college counselors and students. From the macro level, such as the improvement of the social trust environment, the middle level, such as the building of the trust atmosphere in Colleges and universities, the micro level believes that the trust should be promoted from the cognitive level, the practical level and the moral level, and the construction of the two parties is emphasized. The fundamental relationship of trust lies in the Counselor's work attitude, enthusiasm and ability to work.
Finally, the thesis points out that promoting mutual trust between teachers and students and building trust channels between teachers and students through various forms is the fundamental way to build a harmonious campus and the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
