【摘要】：大学生是我们国家和民族的明天与希望,他们思想政治素质的现状与个体价值实现的程度,关系着我们国家和民族未来的发展与繁荣。基于思想政治教育的研究视角,开展促进大学生个体价值实现的课题研究,适应了社会进步与时代发展的客观要求,也是思想政治教育学科发展的内在要求。本课题的研究,既为思想政治教育的理论研究提供了新的生长点,又能促进大学生的全面发展和个体价值实现,帮助其成长为适应社会变革和时代发展需要的综合性人才。因此,研究这一课题具有重要的理论意义和较高的现实意义。本文从界定哲学的“价值”概念入手,深刻剖析了思想政治教育价值和个体价值的涵义,阐述了思想政治教育的个体价值在大学生群体中的价值凸显。在此基础上,介绍了思想政治教育对大学生个体价值实现的思想导向、政治定位、能力开发和实践调节功能,深入剖析了思想政治教育促进大学生个体价值实现的目标确立、个体内化、外化和反馈阶段,并从价值主体、价值客体、外部环境三方面分析了影响大学生个体价值实现的主要因素,进而总结出通过坚持“以人为本”教育理念,重视大学生个体发展；推动思想政治教育创新和改进；优化思想政治教育环境,整合教育力量等途径,促进大学生个体价值有效实现的系统的、科学的方法体系。
[Abstract]:College students are the future and hope of our country and nation. The present situation of their ideological and political quality and the degree of individual value realization are related to the future development and prosperity of our country and nation. Based on the research perspective of ideological and political education, the research on promoting the realization of individual value of college students meets the objective requirements of social progress and the development of the times, and is also the inherent requirement of the subject development of ideological and political education. The research of this subject not only provides a new growth point for the theoretical study of ideological and political education, but also promotes the all-round development of college students and the realization of individual value, and helps them to grow up to meet the needs of social change and the development of the times. Therefore, the study of this topic has important theoretical significance and high practical significance. This paper begins with the definition of "value" in philosophy, deeply analyzes the meaning of the value of ideological and political education and individual value, and expounds the value of individual value of ideological and political education in college students. On this basis, this paper introduces the ideological orientation, political orientation, ability development and practical adjustment function of ideological and political education to realize the individual value of college students, and deeply analyzes the establishment of the goal of ideological and political education to promote the realization of individual value of college students. This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the realization of individual value of college students from three aspects of value subject, value object and external environment, and summarizes the educational concept of "people-oriented" through the analysis of individual internalization, externalization and feedback. Attach importance to the individual development of college students, promote the innovation and improvement of ideological and political education, optimize the environment of ideological and political education, integrate the educational power, and promote the systematic and scientific method system for the effective realization of the individual value of college students.
