工科教师的工程素质研究

【摘要】:高等工程教育是高等教育系统中的重要组成部分。它不仅承担着向学生传授自然科学知识、工程专业知识,训练学生的工程逻辑思维、工程创新创造能力,把学生培养成为未来高级工程人才的重任,还肩负着探索科学真理、为人类社会进步造福的神圣使命。提升高等工程教育质量的核心是提升高等工程人才培养质量,提升工程人才培养质量要倚重于提升工程类专业的教学质量,工程专业教学质量的提升则需要有一支工程素质卓越的教师队伍作为基本保障。 本研究首先对工程教育的特性和工科专职教师的职业特性进行分析,认为工科教师工程素质的应然结构是:扎实的工程专业知识基础、卓越的工程专业能力和科学正确的工程教育价值观。 其次,本研究对我国高校工科教师工程素质的现状进行了调查。调研采用网上发放调查问卷的方式,面向全国25个省市自治区的高校工科、非工科教师以及高校管理人员,发放问卷600份,有效回收580份,回收率为96%。通过对回收的580份有效问卷的数据进行了分析,了解当前我国工科教师工程素质的现状和存在的问题,以及对提高高校工科教师工程素质的对策和建议。调查发现,影响工科教师工程素质的因素分为内、外两个方面的影响因素,内部影响因素主要包括:工程学科专业知识基础、工程实践经验、工程教学基本功和个人价值取向;外部影响因素主要包括政策导向、教师专业培训制度和工作待遇。本研究还分析了工科教师工程素质影响因素与工程素质之间存在着密切的关系,把对工科教师工程素质的培养比作是对一棵树的培育过程:工科教师的工程学科专业知识是根基,工科教师的专业培训制度就是促进工科教师工程素质提升和发展不可或缺的重要土壤,而学术管理和学术评价等方面的政策导向和工作待遇这两个间接影响因素则像阳光和雨露一样。因此,工科教师工程素质的提升是内外部影响因素共同作用的结果。 最后,本选题根据对调查数据的分析和研究认为,完善工科教师的管理制度和调整相关的政策导向,是保障工科教师工程素质提升的重要途径。
[Abstract]:Higher engineering education is an important part of higher education system. It not only bears the responsibility of imparting natural science knowledge to students, engineering specialty knowledge, training students' engineering logic thinking, engineering innovation and creation ability, and training students to become future advanced engineering talents, but also shouldering the responsibility of exploring scientific truth. The sacred mission of benefiting the progress of human society. The core of improving the quality of higher engineering education is to improve the quality of advanced engineering talents, and the quality of engineering talents training depends on the improvement of teaching quality of engineering majors. In order to improve the teaching quality of engineering major, it is necessary to have a team of teachers with excellent engineering quality as the basic guarantee. This study first analyzes the characteristics of engineering education and the professional characteristics of full-time teachers of engineering, and concludes that the structure of engineering teachers' engineering quality should be: a solid foundation of engineering knowledge. Excellent engineering skills and scientific and correct values of engineering education. Secondly, the present situation of engineering quality of engineering teachers in colleges and universities in China is investigated. The questionnaire was distributed on the Internet, and 600 questionnaires were distributed to the university students, non-engineering teachers and university administrators in 25 provinces, cities and autonomous regions of the country. The effective recovery was 580, and the recovery rate was 96. Based on the data of 580 valid questionnaires collected, the present situation and problems of engineering quality of engineering teachers in China are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the engineering quality of engineering teachers in colleges and universities are put forward. The investigation shows that the factors influencing engineering quality of engineering teachers are internal and external factors. The internal factors mainly include: engineering professional knowledge foundation, engineering practice experience, engineering teaching basic skills and personal value orientation; External factors mainly include policy orientation, teacher professional training system and job treatment. This study also analyzes the influence factors of engineering teachers' engineering quality and the close relationship between engineering quality and engineering quality. The cultivation of engineering quality of engineering teachers is compared to the process of cultivating a tree: the engineering professional knowledge of engineering teachers is the foundation. The system of professional training for engineering teachers is an indispensable and important soil to promote the improvement and development of engineering quality of engineering teachers. The two indirect influencing factors, such as academic management and academic evaluation, such as policy orientation and job treatment, are like sunshine and rain and dew. Therefore, the improvement of engineering quality of engineering teachers is the result of internal and external factors. Finally, based on the analysis and research of the survey data, the author thinks that it is an important way to improve the engineering quality of engineering teachers to perfect the management system of engineering teachers and adjust the relevant policy direction.
