高校工科教师工程素质现状与发展探析

【摘要】：本文探析"卓越工程师教育培养计划"(以下简称"卓越计划")背景下高校工科教师工程素质现状与发展问题。通过对武汉理工大学"卓越计划"试点专业的363名专任工科教师进行问卷调查,显示目前学校工科教师工程素质与卓越工程师培养要求存在差距,不同学历、职称、教龄的工科教师工程素质发展水平、工程实践投入程度及工程素质发展方式等方面存在差异。高校教师发展制度影响工科教师工程素质发展,为工科教师确立专业发展导向,创新教育教学培训制度,建立持续性教师能力提升计划,完善工程类教师管理制度,是"卓越计划"背景下高校促进工科教师工程素质发展的基本策略。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the present situation and development of engineering quality of engineering teachers in colleges and universities under the background of "excellent engineer Education and training Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "Excellence Plan"). A questionnaire survey was conducted among 363 full-time engineering teachers in the pilot program of "Excellence Program" in Wuhan University of Technology. The results show that there is a gap between the engineering quality of engineering teachers and the training requirements of outstanding engineers. There are differences in engineering quality development level, engineering practice investment level and engineering quality development mode of engineering teachers. The system of teachers' development in colleges and universities affects the development of engineering teachers' engineering quality, establishes the professional development direction for engineering teachers, innovates the system of education, teaching and training, establishes the sustainable plan for the upgrading of teachers' ability, and perfects the management system of engineering teachers. It is the basic strategy to promote the engineering quality development of engineering teachers in colleges and universities under the background of "Excellence Plan".
