高校思想政治理论课教师负态效应的抑制研究

【摘要】：高校思想政治理论课教师负态效应的抑制研究有着重要的战略意义。新世纪、新阶段，高校思想政治教育受到了严峻的冲击和挑战，创新思想政治教育研究思路，加强高校思想政治教育负态效应研究的最终目的是提高思想政治教育的实效性。目前，以高校思想政治教育负态效应的内涵为切入点，深入探讨高校思想政治理论课教师负态效应的现状，分析其产生的原因主要有：政治倾向模糊、理想信念不坚定；职业认同度低、缺乏责任感和使命感；教学观念陈旧、忽视学生个性发展；教学内容与社会实际相脱节、缺乏感染力；教学方法不当、制约思想政治教育实效性。因此，针对以上原因，努力转变负态效应，进而提出有效的抑制对策，，主要包括六个方面：加强政治素质、坚定理想信念；以师德建设为重点、提高师能水平；创新教育观念、确立以人为本的教育观念；改进教学内容与教学方法、提高教学感染力；构建正负相结合的反馈系统、提高思想政治教育实效性；创设和谐的高校思想政治教育环境。总之，努力克服高校思想政治理论课教师在思想政治教育实践活动中出现的负态效应有利于思想政治教育活动的顺利开展，对大学生思想政治教育实效性的提高有着十分重要的作用。
[Abstract]:It is of great strategic significance to study the negative effect of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. In the new century and in the new stage, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been severely challenged. The ultimate purpose of innovating the research ideas of ideological and political education and strengthening the negative effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. At present, with the connotation of the negative effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the starting point, this paper probes into the present situation of the negative effect of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, and analyzes its causes: the political tendency is vague, the ideals and beliefs are not firm; Low degree of professional identity, lack of sense of responsibility and mission; outdated teaching concept, ignoring the development of students' personality; disjointed teaching content from social reality, lack of appeal; improper teaching methods, restricting the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Therefore, in view of the above reasons, efforts to change the negative effect, and then put forward effective countermeasures, including six aspects: strengthening political quality, strengthening ideals and beliefs, focusing on the construction of teachers' ethics, improving the level of teachers' ability, innovating educational concepts, To establish the people-oriented concept of education, to improve the teaching content and teaching methods, to improve the teaching appeal, to build a feedback system combining positive and negative, to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and to create a harmonious ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities. In a word, overcoming the negative effect of ideological and political theory teachers in the practical activities of ideological and political education is conducive to the smooth development of ideological and political education activities. It plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education.
