【摘要】：研究生是我国宝贵的人才资源,研究生的就业问题,不仅关系着他们个人的发展和前途,也直接关系着国家科教兴国和人才强国战略的落实。目前研究生就业问题日益突出,其原因是多方面的,而研究生自身就业观的偏差则是其中的重要原因之一。因此,全面了解当代研究生就业观的现状,具体分析其中存在的问题与成因,切实加强对研究生就业观的教育和引导,对于促进研究生就业具有重要意义。本文依据问卷调查,从就业目的、择业标准、就业方式和就业态度四个维度,对当代研究生的就业观进行了全面分析,又从性别、生源地、学科、年级四个角度对当代研究生的就业观进行了分类比较,具体分析了当代研究生就业观中的积极因素和存在问题,并从社会、学校、个人三个方面深入探究了研究生就业观存在问题的成因。在此基础上,就如何引导研究生形成正确的就业观进行了深入的探讨,提出了研究生就业观引导的目标体系,即要引导研究生确立自我价值与社会价值相统一的就业目标、理性分析与立足现实相结合的择业标准、自主择业与自主创业相结合的就业方式、积极主动与实事求是相结合的就业态度,实施研究生就业观引导要融入思想理论教育、依托专业教学活动、加强职业规划指导、结合社会实践活动,同时,要改革研究生教育、完善研究生就业政策、优化研究生就业环境,为促进研究生确立正确的就业观提供必要的条件保障。
[Abstract]:Graduate students are valuable human resources in China. The employment of graduate students is not only related to their personal development and future, but also directly related to the implementation of national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country with talent. At present, the problem of graduate employment is becoming more and more prominent, the reasons are various, and the deviation of postgraduates' view of employment is one of the important reasons. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the present situation of postgraduates' employment concept, analyze the existing problems and causes, and strengthen the education and guidance of postgraduates' employment concept. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the employment concept of contemporary graduate students from the four dimensions of employment purpose, job selection standard, employment mode and employment attitude, and from the gender, the source of students, the discipline, This paper classifies and compares the employment view of contemporary graduate students from four angles of grade, analyzes the positive factors and existing problems in the employment view of contemporary graduate students, and from the perspective of society and school, Three aspects of the personal in-depth exploration of graduate employment concept of the causes of problems. On this basis, how to guide graduate students to form a correct view of employment is discussed in depth, and the target system of guiding postgraduates' view of employment is put forward, that is, to guide graduate students to establish the employment goal of the unity of self-value and social value. Rational analysis combines with the standard of choosing jobs based on reality, the employment mode of combining self-employment with self-employment, the employment attitude of combining actively with seeking truth from facts, and the guidance of employment view of postgraduates should be integrated into ideological and theoretical education. Relying on professional teaching activities, strengthening career planning guidance, combining social practice activities, at the same time, to reform graduate education, improve graduate employment policies, optimize graduate employment environment, In order to promote graduate students to establish a correct view of employment to provide the necessary conditions for protection.
