高等教育国际化新思维:来自全英文授课国际研究生教育实践的探讨

【摘要】：中国首例教育专业全英文授课国际研究生班的办学实践表明,全英文授课国际研究生教育在发展过程中遇到了包括语言、学术、社会文化以及生活等各方面的挑战。改变传统留学生教育中"向目的地国学习"的单向思维,树立多元化交流的全球人才观,珍惜并充分利用国际学生所带来的文化和学术资源,是加强全英文授课国际研究生教育、促进中国高等教育国际化发展的应对策略。为此,高等教育决策和管理者必须具有超越地域和跨学科的教育发展意识,建立国际视野下的导师甄选与研究生培养制度,完善全英文授课研究生教育课程,将英文授课研究生教育课程融入到现有的中文管理体系,加强中国人文社科图书资料和研究成果的英文等主要国际语种的翻译,增强中国的国际影响力。这些举措对促进中国高等教育的发展具有深刻的现实意义,并将产生深远的历史影响。
[Abstract]:The practice of the first international graduate class in English Teaching in China shows that the International Postgraduate Education in English has encountered challenges in the course of development, including language, academic, social culture and life. The global view of talent, to cherish and make full use of the cultural and academic resources brought by international students, is to strengthen the International Postgraduate Education in English and to promote the international development of higher education in China. Therefore, the decision-making and management of higher education must have the awareness of the development of education beyond the field and interdisciplinary, and the establishment of international vision. The tutor selection and postgraduate training system, the complete English teaching postgraduate education curriculum, the English teaching postgraduate education curriculum integrated into the existing Chinese management system, the translation of major international languages such as the Chinese Humanities and social sciences books and research achievements in English, and the enhancement of the international influence of China. Promoting the development of China's higher education has profound practical significance and will have far-reaching historical impact.
