【摘要】：正以团队为基础的教学模式(team-based learning,TBL),是Michaelsen[1]为应对不断增加的学生数量而提出的一种新的教学模式,最初仅在商学院范围内应用,于20世纪90年代开始在医学院校进行教学探索。国内外大量教学实践结果显示,TBL不仅在本科层次的医学生教育中具有优势,在专科层次教育中也取得了良好的教学效果[2-6]。TBL在培养医学生综
[Abstract]:The team-based teaching model, team-based learningTBL1, is a new teaching model proposed by Michaelsen to cope with the increasing number of students. It was initially applied only in business schools and began to explore teaching in medical colleges in the 1990s. The results of a large number of teaching practices at home and abroad show that TBL not only has advantages in undergraduate level medical education, but also has achieved good teaching effect in specialized education [2-6] .TBL in training medical students.
