美国“卡耐基教育博士计划”研究

【摘要】:“教育博士”(Ed.D.)是一种专业博士学位,其旨在培养教育管理岗位的高级专门人才。从1921年哈佛大学授予第一个教育博士到现在已经有90年历史。从教育博士产生起,有关教育博士培养的争论就没有平息过。随着近年来教育博士在美国的蓬勃发展,有关教育博士培养的模式与哲学博士培养模式趋同等问题引起了极大的关注。“卡耐基教育博士计划”的发起正是为了提供一种解决这一问题的途径。它是由卡耐基教学促进基金会和研究教育机构学术院长委员会在2007年共同发起的,旨在改变教育博士教育现状的一次努力。该计划已于2010年完成了第一期,现在正在进行的是计划的第二期,已取得一些阶段性成果。我国国务院学位委员会于2008年12月第26次会议审议通过了《教育博士学位设置方案》。2010年,北京大学等15个高校开始招收教育博士,这标志着我国的教育博士培养正式开始。由于我国的教育博士培养刚刚起步,研究美国教育博士发展中的问题和“卡耐基教育博士计划”的成功经验,会为我国教育博士培养向着更好的方向发展提供借鉴和启示。 本文运用了比较法、文献法和个案研究法,全文共分五章,第一章对“卡耐基教育博士计划”的相关概念和理论基础进行介绍;第二章详述了“卡耐基教育博士计划”的发展背景;第三章概括和总结了“卡耐基教育博士计划”的目标、主要内容以及实施,其中计划的实施先从整个计划的角度概括和总结,然后选取参与计划第一期的肯塔基大学,,分析总结了肯塔基大学教育博士项目的实施过程;第四章进一步对“卡耐基教育博士计划”的试试效果和特点进行总结;第五章在前几章的基础上提出对我国今后发展教育博士的几点借鉴。
[Abstract]:"Doctor of Education" Ed.D.) Is a professional doctorate designed to train senior professionals in educational management positions. It has been 90 years since Harvard awarded the first doctorate in education in 1921. Since the birth of the Doctor of Education, the debate about the cultivation of the Doctor of Education has not been calmed down. With the rapid development of doctoral education in the United States in recent years, great attention has been paid to the convergence of education doctorate training model and philosophy doctor training model. The Carnegie Education Ph.D. Program was launched to provide a way to solve the problem. It was launched in 2007 by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Education and the Council of academic Directors of Research Education institutions in an effort to change the status quo of doctoral education in education. The first phase of the project was completed in 2010, and the second phase is under way, with some phased results. At its 26th meeting, in December 2008, the academic degree Committee of the State Council approved the "Education Doctor Program". In 2010, Peking University and other 15 colleges and universities began to enroll doctorate in education, which marked the official beginning of education doctorate training in China. Since the education doctorate training in our country is just beginning, studying the problems in the development of American education doctorate and the successful experience of Carnegie Education Doctor Program will provide reference and inspiration for the development of our country education doctor training towards a better direction. This article uses the comparative method, the literature method and the case study method, the full text altogether divides into five chapters, the first chapter carries on the introduction to the Carnegie Education Doctor Program related concept and the theory foundation; The second chapter details the development background of the Carnegie Education Doctor Program, and the third chapter summarizes the objectives, main contents and implementation of the Carnegie Education Doctor Program. The implementation of the plan is summarized from the point of view of the whole plan, and then the University of Kentucky, which participates in the first phase of the plan, is selected to analyze and summarize the implementation process of the doctoral program of education in the University of Kentucky. The fourth chapter further summarizes the trial effect and characteristics of Carnegie Education Doctor Program, and the fifth chapter puts forward some references to the future development of education doctorate in China on the basis of the previous chapters.
