重庆市高校学生社团的现状分析与建设研究

【摘要】：新世纪以来，“八零后”、“九零后”进入高校，为学生社团的发展带来新时代的特色，社团数量不断增长、社团类型更加多样化、社团规模迅速扩大、社团质量逐步提升，我国高校学生社团的繁荣发展已取得丰硕的成果。学生社团的舞台虽小，却承载了许多大的梦想，在提升大学生综合素质、推进校园文化建设、开展大学生思想政治教育等方面发挥了重要作用。关于高校学生社团建设研究日益增多，成果丰富，但是依照目前的研究现状，其理论研究还存在一些不足之处，例如学生社团的现状研究较多，，而系统分析较少，而且大多数集中在全国一般学生社团研究，而针对重庆市高校学生社团的研究较少。伴随着高等教育大众化，重庆市高校学生社团进入了繁荣发展期，在其发展的过程中遇到了许多新形势和新情况，由此引发许多新问题和新思考。本文以重庆市高校学生社团的现状分析与建设研究为主要内容，从以下四个方面进行研究的开展：首先，对现有的关于高校学生社团研究的相关理论和思想进行梳理，把握高校学生社团的研究现状，找出目前研究的不足之处。其次，以现有的高校学生社团研究成果为基础，结合重庆市实际，对重庆市高校学生社团的现状进行调查和总结。再次，结合调查结果，对当前重庆市高校学生社团发展现状进行分析，从学校、学生社团、学生个体三个视角分析重庆市高校学生社团在发展过程中存在的问题及其产生原因。最后，依据重庆市高校学生社团发展过程中的矛盾点，阐述本研究的必要性所在，并提出解决高校学生社团发展中问题的对策和建议。希望通过本文的研究，能够对重庆市高校学生社团发展有个全面了解，对如何更好地发展重庆市高校学生社团而提供一些理论的依据和方法借鉴，以期为重庆市高校学生社团研究的深入和对大学生的全面发展提供一个有力的参考。
[Abstract]:Since the new century , the " eight - zero " and " nine - zero " enter the university , bring about the characteristics of the new era for the development of the students ' association , the quantity of the community is growing , the community type is more diversified , the mass of the community is expanded rapidly , the quality of the community is increased gradually , and the study of the college students ' community in China has gained abundant results . With the popularization of higher education , the college student community in Chongqing has entered the prosperity development period , and has met many new situations and new situations in the course of its development , thus causing many new problems and new thinking .

Based on the analysis and research of the present situation of college students ' associations in Chongqing , this paper mainly focuses on the following four aspects :

First of all , comb the related theories and ideas about the research of college students ' association , grasp the research situation of college students ' community , and find out the shortcomings of the current research .

Secondly , based on the research results of college students in Chongqing , the present situation of college students ' associations in Chongqing is investigated and summarized in combination with the practice of Chongqing .

Thirdly , according to the survey results , the present situation of college students ' community development in Chongqing is analyzed , and the problems existing in the development of college students ' associations in Chongqing are analyzed from three perspectives : school , student association and student individual .

Finally , according to the contradiction points in the development of college students ' association in Chongqing , the necessity of the research is expounded , and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in the development of college students ' associations .

It is hoped that through the research in this paper , it is possible to have a comprehensive understanding of the development of the college students ' community in Chongqing , and provide some theoretical basis and method for the better development of the college students ' association in Chongqing , with a view to providing a strong reference for the study of the college students ' community in Chongqing and the comprehensive development of college students .
