高校德育中的理解问题研究

【摘要】:本文从生活角度观察发现“理解”发生在我们一切活动当中,通过理解可以增近人与人之间的相互交流与沟通,可以提高彼此的情感态度,人与人相互理解还可以提高人际交往过程中的效率,很多事情通过理解可以达到事半功倍的效果。由此,笔者认为将理解有效的作用到我们的德育过程中,使师生之间通过相互的理解与接纳,,建立起良好的师生关系,对推动高校的德育工作将会产生重要的实际意义。所以笔者将学校德育中的理解问题研究作为本文的研究重点。 本研究主要采文献法、分析法。 成果及结论: 本文由引言和五大章构成。一、引言,包括课题缘起与依据、研究的核心概念、研究的目的、意义和方法。二、对“理解”意蕴的基本解读。从各学科角度对“理解”概念的认识,探讨它的真正涵义。三、理解与德育意义的生成。本章从理解与德育意义之间的关系入手,将理解与德育意义有效生成方面进行探讨,重点分析理解在其中的重要价值。四、五、通过对影响德育意义生成的要素分析和审视德育场阈中的理解问题研究得出“理解”缺失的状况,试图剖析其致因。六、让德育在理解中增强实效。通过以上的分析让理解真正作用到我们的德育过程中,真正使德育效果发挥到更深的层次。 对“理解”问题的正确认识与运用,对培养师生的理解意识,建立真正的“理解型师生关系”非常重要。我们对“理解”问题所做的任何研究,都是要突破以往教师只注重灌输,而忽视了学生的理解,只有学生真正理解我们德育的良苦用心,主动的参与到德育过程中来,我们的德育才会迈向一个更高的台阶。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of life, this paper finds that "understanding" occurs in all our activities. Through understanding, we can increase the mutual communication and communication between people, and improve each other's emotional attitude. Mutual understanding can also improve the efficiency of interpersonal communication, many things through understanding can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Therefore, the author believes that the effective role of understanding in our moral education process, so that teachers and students through mutual understanding and acceptance, to establish a good relationship between teachers and students, to promote the work of moral education in colleges and universities will have an important practical significance. Therefore, the author takes the study of understanding in school moral education as the focus of this paper. This research mainly adopts the literature method, the analysis method. Outcomes and conclusions: This paper is composed of introduction and five chapters. Introduction, including the origin and basis of the subject, the core concepts of the research, the purpose, significance and methods of the research. Second, the basic interpretation of the meaning of "understanding". This paper discusses the real meaning of the concept of "understanding" from the perspective of various disciplines. Third, understanding and the generation of moral significance. This chapter starts with the relationship between understanding and moral education significance, discusses the effective generation of understanding and moral education meaning, and analyzes the important value of understanding. The fourth and fifth, through the analysis of the factors that affect the meaning of moral education and the study of the understanding problem in the threshold of moral education field, the situation of the lack of "understanding" is obtained, and the cause of it is tried to be dissected. Sixth, let moral education strengthen the actual effect in understanding. Through the above analysis, the understanding can play a real role in our moral education process, and make the moral education effect play a deeper level. The correct understanding and application of "understanding" is very important to cultivate the understanding consciousness of teachers and students and to establish a true "understanding relationship between teachers and students". Any research we do on the issue of "understanding" is to break through the fact that teachers only pay attention to indoctrination and neglect the understanding of students. Only students really understand the good intentions of our moral education and take the initiative to participate in the process of moral education. Our moral education will advance to a higher level.
