教育实习微型课程的设计与开发

【摘要】:教育实习作为实践教学的重要环节,是职前教师专业成长的重要阶段。它在深化准教师对教学理论的理解,发展准教师的教学技能方面有着非常重要的作用。但大部分师范生在教学实习之前比较茫然。为了消除教育实习之前的陌生感,,帮助师范生尽快进入教育实习的状态,同时规避实习中出现的问题,提高教育实习的效果,有必要在师范生进行教育实习之前开设课程对他们进行相关内容的培训。由于教育实习时期,师范生的时间比较紧张,任务比较繁重,考虑采取e-learning课程的形式。微课程作为e-learning课程发展的新阶段,其自身独特的特点(目标明确,课程容量小,教学内容集中,学时短等等)使其成为最能适应学生需求的课程形式。 本文做了以下方面的研究: 分析了教育实习存在的问题,讨论了开展教育实习培训课程的必要性。 总结了国内外有关微型课程的研究,在分析微型课程的特点和优势的基础上阐述了设计教育实习微型课程的理论依据。 通过分析两个典型的微型课程案例,总结了微型课程的设计流程和开发要点。 通过问卷调查,分析了师范生的教育实习培训需求,并在此基础上,对教育实习微课程进行了整体架构和内容设计,并开发了部分课程。 对设计和开发过程中的收获和问题进行了总结,并对后续研究方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:As an important link in practical teaching, educational practice is an important stage of pre-service teachers' professional growth. It plays an important role in deepening teachers' understanding of teaching theory and developing their teaching skills. But most normal school students are at a loss before teaching practice. In order to eliminate the strangeness before the educational practice, to help the normal students enter the state of the educational practice as soon as possible, to avoid the problems in the practice, and to improve the effect of the educational practice, It is necessary to provide training courses for normal students before their educational practice. Due to the tense time and heavy tasks of normal students during the period of educational practice, we consider adopting the form of e-learning course. As a new stage of e-learning curriculum development, microcurriculum has its own unique characteristics, such as clear goal, small curriculum capacity, concentrated teaching content, short hours and so on, which makes it the most suitable curriculum form for students. This paper analyzes the problems existing in educational practice and discusses the necessity of carrying out educational practice training courses. This paper summarizes the research on micro curriculum at home and abroad, and expounds the theoretical basis for designing micro curriculum of educational practice on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and advantages of micro curriculum. By analyzing two typical microcurriculum cases, this paper summarizes the design flow and key points of microcurriculum design. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the needs of normal college students' education practice training, and on the basis of this, designs the whole structure and content of the teaching practice micro-curriculum, and develops part of the curriculum. The achievements and problems in the design and development process are summarized, and the future research directions are prospected.
