红色资源与增强高校思想政治教育实效性研究

【摘要】：红色资源,作为一种宝贵的优质教育资源,具有鲜明的思想政治教育功能。它是指中国共产党领导中国人民革命斗争和在社会主义现代化建设实践之中所形成的革命旧址遗址、文献文物和凝结在其中的革命传统的物质与精神的总和。在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年的一系列活动助推之下,高校开展以“红色”为主题活动再次出现高潮,追忆革命沧桑岁月,翻阅红色革命历史画卷,传承红色文化精神内涵,成为各高校大力组织与宣传活动的首选素材。由于红色资源教育价值贯穿于高校思想政治教育的整个过程,蕴含着无意识的思想政治教育,红色革命精神蕴涵为大学生思想政治教育提供教育载体的新拓展。充分发掘和利用红色资源,使之转化为一种优质的教育资源,不断促进了高校大学生思想政治教育目标的实现和任务的完成。因此,高校思想政治教育中红色资源运用能够充分体现其政治导向作用、经济转化作用、精神育人作用值、文化传播价值和实践应用价值。但是,目前由于高校思想政治教育中红色资源运用价值存在着组织师生参观红色教育基地流于形式,红色资源的弘扬与教学相脱节,营造校园红色文化氛围单一,红色文化精神内涵的挖掘整合有待提高等诸多问题,导致了红色资源中思想政治教育价值的育人效果丧失。针对这些问题我们要通过课堂途径积极构建高校思想政治教育的内容体系,通过校园文化途径积极营造浓厚的红色文化育人氛围,通过网络途径积极建立高校红色资源宣传的专业网站,通过社会实践途径增强大学生对红色资源的理论升华和生活体验,从而更好地实现了红色资源在高校思想政治教育中的运用效率,不断增强高校思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。
[Abstract]:Red resources, as a kind of precious high-quality educational resources, have distinct function of ideological and political education. It refers to the site of the old site of the revolution formed by the Communist Party of China leading the Chinese people's revolutionary struggle and in the practice of socialist modernization construction, and the sum of the materials and spirits of the revolutionary tradition condensed in it. With the help of a series of activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the activities under the theme of "red" in colleges and universities have once again reached a climax, recalling the vicissitudes of the revolution, reading the historical picture of the red revolution, and inheriting the connotation of the spirit of the red culture. It has become the first choice of materials for colleges and universities to organize and propagandize activities. As the value of red resources education runs through the whole process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it contains unconscious ideological and political education, and the red revolutionary spirit contains a new expansion of the educational carrier for the ideological and political education of college students. To fully explore and utilize the red resources, to turn them into a kind of high-quality educational resources, has promoted the realization of the goal of ideological and political education of college students and the completion of their tasks. Therefore, the use of red resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities can fully reflect its function of political guidance, economic transformation, spiritual education, cultural dissemination and practical application. However, due to the value of using red resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, organizing teachers and students to visit red education bases is a mere formality, and the promotion of red resources is out of touch with teaching, thus creating a single atmosphere of red culture on campus. Many problems need to be improved, such as the excavation and integration of the connotation of the red culture spirit, which leads to the loss of the educational effect of the ideological and political education value in the red resources. In view of these problems, we should actively construct the content system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities through the classroom approach, and actively create a strong atmosphere of red culture education through the way of campus culture. Through the network way to establish the specialized website of the university red resources propaganda actively, through the social practice way enhances the university student to the red resources theory sublimation and the life experience, Thus, the utilization efficiency of red resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is better realized, and the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are constantly enhanced.
