高校辅导员对话式生存研究

【摘要】:当前,我国思想政治教育正经历由主体性向主体间性转向、独白式向对话式转向的过程,这必然要求高校辅导员以对话的方式生存。与此同时,我国高校辅导员自身也已经由起初凭借制度“嵌入式”外生性的存在,转向逐渐融入高等教育而走内生性发展之路,与多元主体互动式的对话生存是其必然选择。 对话之所以引起关注,是因为我们更加了解现实的复杂性和个人能力的局限性。对话为辅导员提供了一种新的生存方式,更加入世,更加自觉,,更加富于技巧。对于对话型辅导员而言,既不会再感到不得不独自肩负重担,也不会产生以为自己可以掌控一切的错觉。对话可以帮助辅导员了解一些新的、有创造性的做法,避免总是循规蹈矩、埋头做事却没有时间想想未来的其他可能。放慢节奏,有所思考,才会有不断的更新和创造。 本文共分三部分,第一部分为基础理论研究,介绍对话的概念、指出对话是由关系和理解两部分组成的,对话可以分为交谈、探究、辩论、教学四种类型,还特别介绍了对话的实用技能,如搁置判断、搁置假定、倾听、质询与思考、非语言交流等,为后续研究奠定理论基础。第二部分为理论应用研究,重点阐释了高校辅导员对话式生存的对话性和对话式的含义,说明了高校辅导员对话式生存的平等、自由、互动,融合、生成、创造,包容、共有、共存等特征,然后从经济全球化、市场经济、社会转型、价值观多元化的时代背景,思想政治教育发展,构建和谐校园,新媒体时代,高校辅导员职业化、专业化,个人成长和发展几方面论述了高校辅导员对话式生存的必要性,之后又对高校辅导员的生存现状和原因进行分析,从而将对话理论引入到高校辅导员生存研究领域。第三部分为实用对策研究,着重阐述了构建高校辅导员的对话关系体系的原则,并以各方面对其期待出发提出构建以与学生、与家长、与辅导员同事、与教师、与干部、与领导的对话关系为内容的对话关系体系,最后研究了高校辅导员对话式生存的策略,提出解决问题的具体对策。其中第二章和第四章是本文的核心内容。
[Abstract]:At present, the ideological and political education in our country is going through the process of turning from subjectivity to intersubjectivity and monologue to dialogue, which inevitably requires college counselors to survive in the way of dialogue. At the same time, the university counselors in our country have already changed from the existence of the "embedded" externality of the system at the beginning to the path of endogenous development by gradually integrating into the higher education, and it is their inevitable choice to have an interactive dialogue with the pluralistic subjects to survive. Dialogue attracts attention because we have a better understanding of the complexity of reality and the limitations of individual capabilities. Dialogue for counselors to provide a new way of life, more WTO, more conscious, more skilled. For a voice counselor, there is no longer a sense of having to shoulder the burden alone, or the illusion that he can control everything. Dialogue can help counselors learn about new, creative practices, avoid always following the rules, and don't have time to think about other possibilities in the future. Slow down and think, then there will be constant renewal and creation. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the basic theoretical research, introduces the concept of dialogue, points out that dialogue is composed of two parts: relationship and understanding. Dialogue can be divided into four types: conversation, inquiry, debate and teaching. The practical skills of dialogue, such as shelving judgment, shelving assumptions, listening, questioning and thinking, non-verbal communication, etc., are also introduced, which will lay a theoretical foundation for further research. The second part is the theory application research, which mainly explains the dialoguality and the dialogical meaning of the university counselors' dialogical existence, and explains the equality, freedom, interaction, fusion, generation, creation, tolerance, common of the university counselors' dialogical existence. Then from the economic globalization, the market economy, the social transformation, the value pluralistic time background, the ideological and political education development, the construction harmonious campus, the new media age, the university counsellor professionalization, the specialization, This paper discusses the necessity of college counselors' dialogical survival from the aspects of personal growth and development, and then analyzes the present situation and reasons of college counselors' existence, and then introduces the theory of dialogue into the field of university counselors' survival research. The third part is the research of practical countermeasures, which focuses on the principles of constructing the dialogue relationship system of college counselors, and puts forward the construction of the system with students, parents, counselors, teachers and cadres. Finally, the paper studies the strategies of college counselors' dialogical survival, and puts forward concrete countermeasures to solve the problems. The second and fourth chapters are the core contents of this paper.
