【摘要】：目的：国内外对情报学的研究生教育都有了不少的研究，但对于就业问题的探讨较少，尤其鲜见对医学方向的毕业生就业状况探讨。然而，研究生的毕业去向与就业后的发展关系到一个学科的竞争力和未来发展生命力，故对此问题的探讨对整个情报学科来说都具有重大的意义。目前，情报学硕士研究生的就业情况并不乐观，虽然许多高校、图书馆、医药卫生机构、企业及情报研究机构急需大批优秀情报学人才，但大量的情报学硕士研究生仍承受着巨大的就业压力，本研究对医学情报学研究生就业的现况做了系统的概括，从而找到培养单位和用人单位对情报学硕士研究生的要求存在的差异，从而针对性的提出对策，加强学科建设，改变现有的培养结构，有效提高情报学硕士研究生就业率。方法：本研究对6家医学情报培养单位的应、往届硕士毕业生和3家情报学培养单位已就业的毕业生进行了问卷调查，收集情报学硕士毕业生就业情况的相关信息；后又对本次调查内容指标的有效性进行专家咨询和毕业生访谈，以探讨出针对性的、较可行的对策。结果： 1、医学情报学硕士研究生就业现况求职意向倾向于公务员，而就职方向多在科研单位和高校及其附属医院，求职过程中，专业对口已不再重要；就业心理压力较大，求职过程中缺乏自信；现职工作满意度高，适岗位周期较长；综合素质优势未有良好体现；情报意识和获取信息的能力较强，情报甄别能力不足；培养单位的目标与社会的需要有差距，在就业中出现偏离。 2、情报学硕士研究生就业现况基本情况与医学情报学硕士生一致，但更重视创新能力的培养。结论：为有效提高医学情报学硕士研究生就业率，促进医学情报学研究生教育发展，从学科和社会的角度来看，应加强学科建设，，以其医学、公共卫生管理、情报学相融合的独特优势，打造独树一帜的学科品牌，提高学生的就业核心竞争力；以培养单位为视角来说，要明确培养目标，改进培养路径，完善情报学专业课程设置，提供有效就业指导同时，注重加强导师队伍的建设；作为一名学生，应正确认识自我，找准社会定位，继而培养和提高自身就业核心竞争力，拓宽知识面，增强自身的综合素质。
[Abstract]:Objective: there has been a lot of research on graduate education in information science at home and abroad, but there is little discussion on the employment problem, especially on the employment status of medical graduates. However, the development of graduate students after graduation and employment is related to the competitiveness of a discipline and the vitality of future development, so the discussion of this problem is of great significance to the whole information science. At present, the employment situation of information science graduate students is not optimistic. Although many universities, libraries, medical and health institutions, enterprises and information research institutions urgently need a large number of outstanding information science personnel, However, a large number of graduate students in information science are still under enormous employment pressure. The present situation of employment of medical information science graduate students is systematically summarized in this study. In order to find out the difference between the training unit and the employing unit to the graduate students of information science, the author puts forward the countermeasures, strengthens the discipline construction, changes the existing training structure, and effectively increases the employment rate of the graduate students in information science. Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted among the 6 medical information training units, the graduates of the past masters and the graduates of the three information science training units, and the relevant information on the employment situation of the graduates of the Master of Information Science was collected. Then the effectiveness of the content of this survey index of expert consultation and graduate interviews, to explore targeted, more feasible countermeasures. Results: 1. The current employment situation of medical information science graduate students tended to be civil servants, while the orientation of employment was mostly in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities and their affiliated hospitals. In the process of seeking employment, the professional counterparts were no longer important; Employment psychological pressure, lack of self-confidence in the process of seeking employment, high job satisfaction, long period of suitable job, comprehensive quality advantage is not well reflected, information awareness and ability to obtain information is relatively strong, information screening ability is insufficient; There is a gap between the goal of the training unit and the needs of the society, and there is a deviation in employment. 2. The basic situation of the employment situation of the information science graduate students is consistent with that of the medical information science master students, but they pay more attention to the cultivation of innovative ability. Conclusion: in order to effectively increase the employment rate of graduate students in medical information science and promote the development of graduate education in medical information science, from the point of view of subject and society, it is necessary to strengthen the discipline construction, and to strengthen the management of medical science and public health. The unique advantages of the integration of information science, creating a unique discipline brand, improving the core competitiveness of students' employment, from the perspective of training units, we should make clear the training objectives, improve the training path, and improve the curriculum of information science. To provide effective employment guidance at the same time, pay attention to strengthening the construction of tutors, as a student, we should correctly understand ourselves, find a correct social positioning, and then cultivate and improve their core competitiveness of employment, broaden their knowledge, Enhance their own comprehensive quality.
