高校辅导员及其职业能力概念的探讨——《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准》对加强高校辅导员队伍建设的重要性研究

【摘要】：高校辅导员作为高校教育工作的重要实施者,其在高等教育中的身份定位以及与其身份定位紧密相关的职业能力,均是在开展高等教育研究时应特别予以关注的课题。本文以建国以来先后颁发的高校辅导员的政策文本为主线,全面梳理新中国高等教育60余年来,在不同的历史时期,对高校辅导员及其职业能力概念的不同定义,并依次将其划分为"混沌摸索期、初步形成期、充分发展期和全面提升期"四个不同的发展阶段,努力尝试为今后加强高校辅导员职业能力建设做一些有益的理论尝试。
[Abstract]:College counselors are important implementers of higher education. Their identity orientation in higher education and their professional ability closely related to their identity orientation are all topics that should be paid special attention to when carrying out the research of higher education. Taking the policy texts of college counselors issued successively since the founding of the people's Republic of China as the main line, this paper comprehensively combs the different definitions of the concepts of college counselors and their professional ability in different historical periods in the more than 60 years of higher education in New China. It is divided into four different stages in turn: "chaos groping period, initial formation period, full development period and overall promotion period", and tries hard to make some beneficial theoretical attempts for strengthening the vocational ability construction of college counselors in the future.
