【摘要】：责任教育问题近年来受到社会学、伦理学等学科的学者的普遍关注，而大学生群体作为祖国未来的建设者，他们的责任意识状况更是受到社会的关注。家庭责任是大学生应承担的主要责任之一，家庭责任意识的养成状况影响着大学生良好道德品质的形成。加强对当代大学生家庭责任意识的培养状况的研究，有助于全面把握当前大学生责任意识培养方面存在的问题，全面提高大学生家庭责任意识教育的实效性，不断完善责任理论的研究；同时有利于大学生更好地认识到自己在家庭中的角色与责任，激发前进的动力，不断完善人格与提升自身素质，做一个有责任心的有用之才。所以，研究大学生家庭责任意识的培养状况具有重要的理论价值和时代价值。当前对大学生责任意识培养研究的较多，但对家庭责任意识研究不是很多。本文在借鉴与参考国内外学者已有研究的基础上，，联系当前大学生家庭责任意识培养的实际情况，充分把握大学生的发展特点，探讨了大学生家庭责任意识培养的内涵及其意义；大学生家庭责任意识培养的内容；大学生家庭责任意识培养存在的问题以及问题产生的原因；大学生家庭责任意识培养的对策。第一部分阐述了大学生家庭责任意识培养的内涵及其意义。文章首先在相关文献的基础上，对大学生家庭责任意识的相关概念进行阐释，主要是对责任、责任意识的把握，进而阐述了大学生家庭责任意识培养的内涵。最后分析了大学生家庭责任意识培养的意义，有利于大学生更好地履行家庭责任，提高社会适应能力，推动全面发展，促进和谐家庭与和谐社会的建设。第二部分阐述了大学生家庭责任意识培养的内容。包括孝敬父母的责任，要做到孝敬、孝顺、孝思；关爱兄弟姐妹的责任，协调处理好与兄弟姐妹的关系；维护家庭和睦的责任，要尽自己的能力协调好家庭矛盾，当好“调解人”的角色；对自己以后组建家庭的责任要有所认识，树立正确的恋爱婚姻观；承担社会其他责任的意识，主要是社会责任意识和自我责任意识。第三部分分析了当前家庭责任意识培养的现状以及存在问题的原因。当前我国大学生家庭责任意识培养取得了较大的进展，但也存在一些问题，如重视程度不够、培养内容滞后、培养方法单一、培养效果不理想等，这是由多方面因素造成的，如高校方面，对家庭责任意识培养出现认识偏差、培养机制不健全、缺乏专业教师队伍、忽视引导大学生参加实践活动；家庭方面，家庭教育观念的偏差、父母自身责任意识淡薄；社会方面，市场经济、大众传媒以及西方文化所带来的负面影响；大学生自身方面，心理发展不成熟，社会认知及自我定位不准。第四部分提出加强大学生家庭责任意识培养的对策。针对大学生家庭责任意识培养存在的问题，高校要不断丰富大学生家庭责任意识培养的内容、创新培养方法、营造良好的校园氛围、引导大学生参加实践活动；家长要转变教育理念，重视大学生的责任意识，提高自身素质，发挥榜样作用；社会方面要营造良好的舆论氛围与社会环境；大学生要从思想和行为方面重视家庭责任意识，提高履行家庭责任的能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of responsibility education has been widely concerned by scholars in sociology, ethics and other disciplines. As the builder of the future of the motherland, the college students' sense of responsibility is paid more attention by the society. Family responsibility is one of the main responsibilities of college students, and the cultivation of family responsibility consciousness affects the students' good. The formation of good moral quality and the study of the cultivation of contemporary college students' sense of family responsibility will help to fully grasp the existing problems in the cultivation of College Students' sense of responsibility, improve the effectiveness of the education of family responsibility and improve the study of the theory of responsibility, and help college students to recognize them better. It is of great theoretical value and the value of the times to understand the role and responsibility of the family, to motivate the driving force, to constantly improve the personality and to improve the quality of his own, and to be a useful and responsible person.
At present, there are many researches on the cultivation of College Students' sense of responsibility, but there are not many studies on the sense of family responsibility. On the basis of reference and reference to the existing domestic and foreign scholars, this paper relates the actual situation of the current college students' family responsibility awareness training, fully grasps the development characteristics of college students, and probes into the cultivation of College Students' sense of family responsibility. The connotation and significance, the content of the cultivation of College Students' sense of family responsibility, the problems in the cultivation of the sense of family responsibility and the causes of the problems; the Countermeasures for the cultivation of the sense of family responsibility for college students.
The first part expounds the connotation and significance of the cultivation of the sense of family responsibility for college students. First, on the basis of relevant literature, the article explains the related concepts of family responsibility consciousness of college students, mainly to grasp the responsibility and responsibility consciousness, and then expounds the connotation of the cultivation of College Students' sense of family responsibility. Finally, it analyses the college students. The third part analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of the sense of family responsibility and the reasons for the problems. There are great progress in the cultivation of the sense of family responsibility in our country at present, but there are also some problems, such as the lack of attention, the lagging of the training content, the single training method and the poor training effect, which are caused by many factors. For example, in Colleges and universities, there is a deviation in the awareness of family responsibility awareness, imperfect training mechanism, lack of professional teachers, neglecting the guidance of college students to participate in practical activities; family, family education concepts deviations, parents' own weak sense of responsibility, social aspects, market economy, mass media and Western culture Negative effects; college students themselves, immature psychological development, social cognition and self positioning are not allowed.
The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of the sense of family responsibility for college students. In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of family responsibility consciousness of college students, colleges and universities should enrich the content of the cultivation of College Students' family responsibility consciousness, innovate the training methods, create a good campus atmosphere, guide the college students to participate in the practice activities, and parents should change their educational ideas, We should attach importance to the sense of responsibility of college students, improve their own quality and play an example role, and create a good atmosphere of public opinion and social environment in social aspects, and college students should pay more attention to family responsibility consciousness and improve their ability to fulfill family responsibilities from the aspects of thought and behavior.
