四维主体视阈下的大学生综合素质评价理论与实践研究

【摘要】:21世纪的竞争,归根结底是人才竞争;人才竞争,实质是人才综合实力的竞争。直以来高校被视为我国高级人才的培养基地,担负着培养社会主义现代化建设人才的重任。作为高校培养对象的大学生则是未来社会经济发展的骨干,是社会进步和发展的栋梁,大学生综合素质的高低直接影响着高校人才培养的质量,直接影响着我国人才竞争实力的高低。推进素质教育与提高高校教学质量,都最终落实在高校对大学生综合素质的培养上。如何全面、客观、科学地评价高校学生的综合素质成为当前高校在全面推进素质教育过程中所面临的一个十分现实的问题。设计并制定科学的、全面的、切实可行的综合素质评价体系,不仅对大学生的全面素质培养起到导航作用,也使高校的素质教育工作更具针对性、主动性和实效性。 本论文将马克思关于人的全面发展学说、马克思主义价值论、马克思主义认识论和加德纳多元智能理论及其评价观作为大学生综合素质评价的理论基础,以社会发展的需要和党的政策方针的明确要求为依据,以大学生成人成才的自身素质需求为根本,以提升大学生社会适应性为目标,深入的分析了构建大学生综合素质评价体系的必要性和重要性。 通过问卷调查,从大学生、大学教师(教育工作者)、用人单位、家长四维角度展开研究,分析当前社会对大学生各方面素质的需求,构建了大学生综合素质评价指标体系。该指标体系由两级指标构成,一级指标包括四大方面:思想道德素质,身心素质,能力素质,科学文化素质。二级指标分为三十个指标,较为全面地覆盖了四个一级指标的全部内容,并详细的对大学生综合素质评价二级指标内容进行了问卷分析。指标体系权重的确定采用信度较高的定量分析的办法,从四大评价主体的角度分别计算出四种指标权重,采用SPSS的方法得出四种独立样本的无差异检验,继而得出最终的一、二级指标权重,以此对大学生进行全面有效的综合素质评价。在此基础上按照权重将四项素质重新排序,从四维主体评价视角看如何提升大学生各项素质,并提出了相应的实践对策。

How to evaluate the University comprehensively, objectively and scientifically The comprehensive quality of students has become a very realistic problem in the process of promoting quality education in Colleges and universities. Designing and formulating a scientific, comprehensive and practical comprehensive quality evaluation system not only plays a guiding role for the overall quality training of college students, but also makes the quality education work more pertinent and more pertinent. This thesis is based on Marx's theory of man's comprehensive development, Marx's theory of value, Marx's epistemology and Gardiner's multiple intelligence theory and its evaluation view as the theoretical basis for the evaluation of College Students' comprehensive quality, based on the needs of social development and the clear requirements of the party's policy and policy, and the adult adult self In order to improve the social adaptability of university students, the necessity and importance of constructing the comprehensive quality evaluation system for college students are thoroughly analyzed.
Through a questionnaire survey, from the perspective of college students, University Teachers (educators), employers and parents, the needs of the quality of all aspects of college students are analyzed, and the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of college students is constructed. The index system is composed of two level indicators, and the first grade index includes four aspects: Ideological and moral quality, The quality of body and mind, ability quality, scientific and cultural quality. The two level index is divided into thirty indexes, which covers all the contents of the four first grade indexes in a more comprehensive way, and a detailed analysis of the content of the two grade indexes of the comprehensive quality evaluation of the college students is carried out in detail. The weight of the index system is determined by the quantitative analysis of the higher reliability, from the four major methods. Four kinds of index weights are calculated from the perspective of the main body of evaluation. The SPSS method is used to get the non difference test of four independent samples. Then the final one and two grade index weights are obtained. On this basis, the comprehensive and effective comprehensive quality evaluation of the college students is carried out. On this basis, the four qualities are reordered and viewed from the four dimension subject evaluation. Angle to see how to improve the quality of college students, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
