高校趋同化发展的风险与规避

【摘要】:高校趋同化具体表现在办学理念与定位趋同、学科专业设置趋同、人才培养模式趋同等方面。导致这一趋同现象的原因主要有计划经济体制的惯性、社会组织管理的必然效应、资源分配方式的导向等。国家应在促进高校分类发展、建立系统多样和谐的高等教育体系思想指导下,通过宏观政策调控,发挥财政拨款与高校评估的指引功能,引导各类高校"回归本位","各守本分",按照各自的轨道发展。
[Abstract]:The assimilation of colleges and universities is embodied in the convergence of the idea and orientation of running a school, the convergence of subject and specialty setting, and the convergence of training mode of talents and so on. The main reasons for this convergence are the inertia of planned economy system, the inevitable effect of social organization management and the direction of resource allocation. Under the guidance of promoting the classification development of colleges and universities and establishing a systematic, diversified and harmonious higher education system, the state should exert the guiding function of financial allocation and university evaluation through macro-policy regulation and control. Guide all kinds of universities to "return to the standard", "observe their duties," according to their own track of development.
