硕士研究生招生考试制度改革探析

【摘要】：硕士研究生招生考试的历史以及现状证明,硕士研究生招生考试只有从招生考试管理体制、考试形式和考试内容等方面进行全方位改革,才能完成《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》提出的关于招生考试制度改革的目标。管理体制的改革应切实确立招生单位和导师在硕士研究生选拔和培养过程中的主体地位,考试机构提供专业化的考试服务,政府部门负责宏观调控和监督;考试形式应改变目前每年一次的"初试+复试"两阶段考试为一年多次初试,成绩几年内有效,考生携初试成绩到招生单位申请复试的两段制考试;考试内容方面,初试为全国统一命题科目考试,由考试机构主办,重在测试考生的基本素质、一般能力、培养潜能和专业基础知识,复试的基本要求由各招生单位自行确定,最终录取应根据考生的初试成绩、复试成绩、大学本科成绩、科研成果或论文等综合评定。
[Abstract]:The history and current situation of the graduate enrollment examination have proved that the master's entrance examination can only be reformed in all aspects, such as the management system, the form and content of the examination, etc. Only in this way can we complete the goal of the reform of enrollment examination system put forward by the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020). The reform of the management system should establish the main position of enrollment units and mentors in the process of selecting and training graduate students. Examination institutions provide specialized examination services and government departments are responsible for macro-control and supervision. The form of the examination should be changed from the two-stage examination, which is currently held once a year, to the two-stage examination of the "first and second tests", which will be effective within a few years of the results, and the candidates shall bring the results of the initial examination to the enrollment unit to apply for the re-examination; and the contents of the examination shall be changed. The initial examination is a national unified subject examination, sponsored by the examination organization, which focuses on testing the examinee's basic quality, general ability, training potential and professional basic knowledge. The basic requirements of the re-examination shall be determined by the enrollment units themselves. Final admission should be assessed according to the candidate's grade in the initial examination, the second examination, the undergraduate degree, the scientific research achievement or the thesis.
