大学生思想政治教育中的健全人格塑造研究

【摘要】：人格塑造是青少年成长过程中一个不可忽视的重点问题,大学生作为青年中具有代表性的中坚力量,其人格的塑造更是不可忽视,大学生的健全人格研究已经成为一个多学科共同关注的问题。我国处于社会主义发展的初级阶段,大学生的整体素质对整个社会的发展起着决定性的影响。然而,在当今的大学生思想政治教育工作中,对于大学生健全人格的培养还存在着一定的不足,因此在今后的思想政治工作中如何培养大学生健全的人格就显得尤为重要。 本文除了绪论和结论外,主要从三个大的方面来对大学生的健全人格进行研究,首先从思想政治教育的角度入手,分析了人格的相关内涵与结构,在对人格定义的基础上阐述了健全人格的含义及其相关研究。其次,在界定了人格以及健全人格的含义后分析了健全人格对于大学生思想政治教育的现实意义,确定了健全人格对于一个人健康思想形成的重要性。最后在通过对当代大学生的积极人格与消极人格以及影响其人格的因素分析,得出了当今塑造大学生健康人格的具体途径与方法,对于今后在思想教育中培养大学生的健全人格有着一定的影响。
[Abstract]:Personality shaping is an important problem in the process of teenagers' growth. As a representative backbone of youth, the shaping of college students' personality should not be ignored. The study of the sound personality of college students has become a multi-disciplinary issue of common concern. Our country is in the primary stage of socialist development, the overall quality of college students plays a decisive role in the development of the whole society. However, in the current ideological and political education of college students, there are still some deficiencies in the cultivation of college students' sound personality, so it is particularly important to cultivate the sound personality of college students in the ideological and political work in the future. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper mainly studies the sound personality of college students from three aspects. Firstly, from the perspective of ideological and political education, it analyzes the relevant connotation and structure of personality. On the basis of the definition of personality, this paper expounds the meaning of sound personality and its related research. Secondly, after defining the meaning of personality and sound personality, this paper analyzes the practical significance of sound personality to the ideological and political education of college students, and determines the importance of sound personality for the formation of a person's healthy thought. Finally, through the analysis of the positive and negative personality of contemporary college students and the factors affecting their personality, the specific ways and methods of shaping the healthy personality of college students are obtained. It has a certain influence on the cultivation of sound personality of college students in ideological education in the future.
