驻济高校大学生就业力评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:当前世界处于“后危机时代”,许多企业尚未完全摆脱经济危机的严重打击,不能大量吸收就业,就业形势仍然严峻。大学生就业问题亦日益突出,一方面大学生在择业时存在“一岗难求”的现象,另一方面用人单位在择人时出现“一人难求”的境况。大学生就业问题,既受我国社会主义市场经济及高等教育发展的影响,也受大学生自身就业力的影响。大学生就业力研究有助于解决大学生就业难题,关乎千万家庭的幸福与希望,关系高等教育的持续健康发展,关系国家经济建设和社会稳定。我国少有学者正式引入“就业力”的概念,对大学生就业力的操作化研究就更少了。本文通过对大学生就业力评价指标体系的研究,以期为大学生就业问题的解决提供新的思路。 本文借鉴国内外相关研究,综合运用筛选理论、就业理论、能力理论、评价理论和网络分析法等理论和研究方法,从以下四个方面就大学生就业力评价问题展开研究: 一是大学生就业力概念内涵界定。在梳理国内外大量关于大学生就业力的相关文献的基础上,对大学生就业力的概念、特征予以界定,提出研究预设,搭建概念模型,为后续研究奠定坚实的基础。 二是大学生就业力影响因素筛选。大学生能否就业关键是用人单位是否愿意接收,因此从用人单位筛选大学生的标准入手调查影响因素,,选取山东省具有代表性的用人单位实施两轮问卷调查,根据各影响因素赞同百分比及重要程度得分,筛选出大学生就业力影响因素。 三是大学生就业力评价指标体系构建。运用SPSS17.0进行因子分析,构建包含显性指标、隐性指标2个一级指标,基本情况、家庭状况、学业状况、职业素养、求职技能和工作能力等6个二级指标以及23个三级指标在内的大学生就业力指标体系;进而运用网络分析法ANP及超级决软件SD赋予各指标权重,使大学生就业力评价指标体系由理论层面步入实践操作层面。 四是大学生就业力实证分析及提升策略。选取具有代表性的9所驻济高校进行实证研究,对大学生就业力进行测评,根据测评结果,结合各指标权重,进行数据分析,锁定大学生就业力“短板”,即专业类型、家庭状况、实习兼职经历、职业资格证书、获奖情况、责任意识、职业规划能力以及创新能力;并针对关键增值点,制定政府、高校、用人单位、大学生“四位一体”的大学生就业力提升策略。
[Abstract]:At present, the world is in a post-crisis era, many enterprises have not completely escaped the severe blow of the economic crisis, can not absorb a large number of employment, the employment situation is still grim. The problem of college students' employment is becoming more and more prominent. On the one hand, the phenomenon of "one post is difficult" for college students to choose their jobs; on the other hand, the situation of "one person is difficult to seek" occurs when employers choose people. The employment problem of college students is influenced not only by the development of socialist market economy and higher education, but also by their own employability. The study on the employability of college students is helpful to solve the employment problem of college students, which is related to the happiness and hope of thousands of families, the sustainable and healthy development of higher education, the national economic construction and social stability. Few scholars in China have formally introduced the concept of "employability", and the operational research on the employability of college students is even less. Through the research on the evaluation index system of college students' employability, this paper hopes to provide a new way of thinking for solving the employment problems of college students. This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related research, synthetically uses the screening theory, the employment theory, the ability theory, the appraisal theory and the network analysis method and so on theory and research method. This paper studies the evaluation of college students' employability from the following four aspects: first, the definition of the concept of college students' employability. On the basis of combing a large number of literature about college students' employability at home and abroad, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of college students' employability, puts forward the research presupposition, builds the conceptual model, and lays a solid foundation for the follow-up research. Second, the selection of influencing factors of college students'employability. The key to the employment of college students is whether the employer is willing to accept them. Therefore, starting with the criteria for selecting college students by the employing units, we select the representative employers in Shandong Province to carry out two rounds of questionnaires. According to the percentage of approval and the score of importance degree, the influencing factors of college students' employability were screened out. The third is the establishment of the evaluation index system of college students'employability. Using SPSS17.0 to carry on factor analysis, construct two primary indexes, including dominant index, recessive index, basic condition, family condition, academic condition, professional accomplishment, etc. The index system of college students' employability, including 6 secondary indexes such as job search skills and work ability and 23 tertiary indexes, is given weight by network analysis method (ANP) and super decision software (SD). To make the evaluation index system of college students employability from the theoretical level into the practical level. Fourth, the employment ability of college students empirical analysis and promotion strategies. This paper selects 9 representative colleges and universities to carry on the empirical research, carries on the appraisal to the university student employment ability, according to the evaluation result, unifies each index weight, carries on the data analysis, locks the university student employment ability "short board", namely the specialized type, Family status, internship part-time experience, vocational qualification certificate, award-winning situation, responsibility awareness, career planning ability and innovation ability; and for key value-added points, the government, colleges and universities, employers, The four-in-one strategy of enhancing college students' employability.
