面向高校教师评价的多属性决策问题研究

【摘要】:高校教师评价是一项涉及诸多因素的系统工程,针对不同类型和不同层次的教师,其评价因素和标准有较大的区别。研究高校教师评价多属性决策问题,有利于提供教师评价科学合理的客观依据,对教师及高校的发展能够起到积极的促进作用。 论文以多属性决策理论为基础,结合高校教师的特点,对高校教师评价方案进行了系统化的研究。首先建立了高校教师综合评价指标体系,对一些定性指标的量化问题进行了讨论;然后采用不确定多属性决策方法构建了决策模型;最后将决策模型应用于一般工科院校教师评价的实践中,在简化了常规教师评价复杂程序的同时,证实了模型的可靠性、科学性与实用性。论文的主要内容包括: (1)从高校教师评价方案应考虑的四个基本要素,即学科建设、教学工作、科研工作、公益工作出发,以一般工科院校教师为评价对象,针对学科特点,考虑综合评价系统的主次结构性,建立了适合于方案优选的科学指标体系。 (2)研究给出了面向一般工科院校教师评价的不确定型多属性决策问题的求解步骤,对于确定权重这个多属性决策问题的关键环节,运用主观赋权和客观赋权相结合的方法确定了各属性的权重。 (3)将多属性决策方法应用到一般工科院校的教师评价中,通过决策模型对评价教师在科研教学方面的量化指标综合属性进行了排序,并经过与常规方法的结果比对后证实了模型的有效性。 (4)设计了决策方法与评价指标的系统实现界面,为教师评价提供了简易操作平台,同时验证了评价方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of college teachers is a systematic project involving many factors. For different types of teachers and different levels of teachers, there are great differences in evaluation factors and standards. The study of multi-attribute decision making of teacher evaluation in colleges and universities is helpful to provide scientific and reasonable objective basis for teacher evaluation and to promote the development of teachers and universities. Based on the theory of multi-attribute decision-making and the characteristics of university teachers, this paper makes a systematic study on the evaluation scheme of university teachers. Firstly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of college teachers is established, and the quantitative problems of some qualitative indexes are discussed, and then the decision model is constructed by using uncertain multi-attribute decision making method. Finally, the decision model is applied to the practice of teachers' evaluation in general engineering colleges and universities. It simplifies the complicated procedure of teachers' evaluation and proves the reliability, scientificalness and practicability of the model. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: (1) starting from the four basic elements that should be considered in the evaluation scheme of university teachers, namely, subject construction, teaching work, scientific research work, public welfare work, and taking the teachers of general engineering colleges as the object of evaluation, Considering the primary and secondary structure of the comprehensive evaluation system according to the characteristics of the subject, A scientific index system suitable for scheme selection is established. (2) the steps of solving uncertain multi-attribute decision making problems for teachers' evaluation in general engineering colleges are given. In order to determine the weight of multi-attribute decision making, the weight of each attribute is determined by the combination of subjective weight and objective weight. (3) the method of multi-attribute decision making is applied to the evaluation of teachers in general engineering colleges. Through the decision model, the comprehensive attributes of quantitative indexes in evaluating teachers' scientific research teaching are sorted. The validity of the model is verified by comparing the results with the conventional methods. (4) the system implementation interface between the decision method and the evaluation index is designed, which provides a simple operating platform for the teacher evaluation. At the same time, the rationality of the evaluation method is verified.
