议法律硕士教学方法的完善

【摘要】：伴随着我国的法治社会建设,法律硕士学位应运而生。全国高校中有法律硕士专业学位授予权的已有100多所,教学改革也势在必行。在法律硕士教育领域出现了多种教学改革方式,例如诊所式教学、双导师制、细化专业方向等,各种改革方式都有着自己的优势和缺点,同时也存在着其实施所存在的困难。本文是基于对现有法律硕士教育的各种方式进行统计,剖析其利弊,并专注于对法律硕士教育中的部分创新教学方式进行研究,希望以此挖掘出有效有益的教育方法,摒弃冗杂和形式主义的教育方,来推动法律硕士教育的发展.以期在高效高质的教育方式下培养出高能高质的法律人才,进而为法治国家的建设事业做出贡献. 本文主要分为三个部分,第一部分简单介绍了法律硕士专业学位在国内发展的基本情况及其在教学中遇到的困难以及一些常见方案；第二部分则对法律硕士教学中的三种典型教学方案进行探讨研究；第三部分提出了完善法律硕士教学方法的一些思路,希望通过这些研究和方案的提出来促进法律硕士人才培养质量的提高。
[Abstract]:With the construction of our country's legal society, the master's degree of law emerges as the times require. There are more than 100 universities in China with the right to grant master's degree, and the teaching reform is imperative. There are many kinds of teaching reform methods in the field of law master education, such as clinic teaching, double tutor system, refinement of professional direction and so on. All kinds of reform methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, at the same time, there are some difficulties in their implementation. This paper is based on the statistical analysis of the existing methods of master of law education, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and focuses on the study of some innovative teaching methods in law master education, in the hope of excavating effective and beneficial educational methods. Abandon jumbled and formalistic education to promote the development of master of law education. In order to cultivate high energy and high quality legal personnel under the high-efficiency and high-quality education, and then contribute to the construction of a country ruled by law. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part briefly introduces the basic situation of the development of law master degree in China and the difficulties encountered in teaching as well as some common programs. In the second part, three typical teaching schemes in the teaching of Master of Law are discussed and studied. The third part puts forward some ideas on how to improve the teaching method of master of law, hoping to improve the quality of the training of master of law through these studies and programs.
