团体咨询与大学生思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】:大学生是宝贵的人才,是祖国的未来。“人才”的培养是一个涉及多方面、多领域、多要素的系统工程,不能简单划一。我国的思想政治教育发展由来已久,在大学生思想政治教育领域内也取得了很多成绩、积累了一定的宝贵经验。但是也必须看到,随着社会主义市场经济的逐步确立,大学生的思想政治教育出现了各种各样的新情况,传统的、单一的方法已不能解决大学生出现的复杂的心理、思想问题,尤其是大学生的心理问题日益凸显,大学生思想政治教育实效性不足的问题逐渐暴露。努力拓展新形势下大学生思想政治教育的有效途径,就成为思想政治教育者亟待解决的问题。 团体咨询与大学生思想政治教育虽然属于不同的学科,在理论基础、教育内容和教育方式、工作目的和工作效果的评价上有着区别。但是,作为教育资源,两者又存在着一定的内在联系,如两者在教育目标上的一致性、在教育内容和功能上体现出的互补性等特点,使得两者存在结合的可能性。将团体咨询的技术和方法引入大学生思想政治教育中,可以为大学生思想政治教育从心理咨询角度开辟一个新的视角,为大学生思想政治教育的教育方法、教育方式提供新的思路,对于探索和思考解决大学生思想政治教育中所面临的困惑有一定的研究价值和现实意义。 本文从四个方面探讨了团体咨询与大学生思想政治教育结合的问题: 第一部分:从团体咨询的概念出发,对团体咨询的特点、功能、原则和类型做了阐述,以便为其后各部分的论述奠定理论基础。 第二部分:以大学生思想政治教育内容和教育现状为切入点,以团体咨询和大学生思想政治教育的内在联系和实现结合的现实条件为基础,,对两者结合的可行性及重要性做了重点分析与论述,以此论证团体咨询技术和方法有助于增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性、实效性。 第三部分:基于二者的结合所存在的可行性因素,从二者可以实现结合的基本条件——大学生的共同性问题和发展性问题入手,对两者的结合进行了理论上的论证,并从理论上探索了大学生思想政治教育过程中可借鉴、可吸收的团体咨询的方法与技巧。 第四部分:从实践的角度出发,探讨了团体咨询在大学生思想政治教育过程中的应用途径,并且尝试性地通过一些具体的案例说明团体咨询在实践中如何与大学生思想政治教育相结合。
[Abstract]:College students are valuable talents and the future of the motherland. The cultivation of talents is a systematic engineering involving many aspects, many fields and many elements. The development of ideological and political education in our country has a long history, and it has made a lot of achievements in the field of ideological and political education of college students and accumulated some valuable experience. However, we must also see that with the gradual establishment of the socialist market economy, a variety of new situations have emerged in the ideological and political education of college students. Traditional and single methods can no longer solve the complex psychological and ideological problems of college students. In particular, the psychological problems of college students are increasingly prominent, and the problems of insufficient effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students are gradually exposed. It is an urgent problem for ideological and political educators to develop the effective ways of ideological and political education for college students under the new situation. Although group consultation and ideological and political education of college students belong to different disciplines, there are differences in theoretical basis, educational content and educational methods, work purpose and evaluation of working effect. However, as educational resources, there are some internal relations between the two, such as the consistency of their educational objectives, the complementarity of their educational contents and functions, and so on, which makes them possible to combine. Introducing the techniques and methods of group consultation into the ideological and political education of college students can open up a new angle of view for the ideological and political education of college students from the angle of psychological consultation, as well as the educational method of ideological and political education for college students. The educational method provides a new way of thinking, which has certain research value and practical significance for exploring and thinking about solving the puzzles in the ideological and political education of college students. This paper discusses the combination of group consultation and college students' ideological and political education from four aspects: the first part: from the concept of group consultation, the characteristics, functions, principles and types of group consultation are expounded. In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent parts of the discussion. The second part: based on the content and current situation of college students' ideological and political education, and the internal relationship between group consultation and college students' ideological and political education and the realistic conditions of realizing the combination. The feasibility and importance of the combination of the two are analyzed and discussed in order to prove that group consultation techniques and methods are helpful to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. The third part: based on the feasibility factors of the combination of the two, starting with the basic conditions of the combination of the two-the common problem and the developmental problem of college students, the theoretical demonstration is made on the combination of the two. It also explores theoretically the methods and techniques of group consultation which can be used for reference and absorbed in the process of college students' ideological and political education. The fourth part: from the perspective of practice, discusses the application of group consultation in the process of ideological and political education of college students. And try through some concrete cases to explain how to combine group consultation with ideological and political education of college students in practice.
