转型期大学生诚信教育机制研究

【摘要】：诚信是中华民族的传统美德，是现代公民道德的基本要求，是社会文明的标志。作为社会主义事业接班人和未来的社会栋梁的转型时期大学生必须具有诚实守信的优良品质，但当前大学生的诚信缺失严重，不仅影响了大学生的健康成长，也给社会主义市场经济带来了负面影响，研究转型时期大学生诚信教育的培养机制已成为一项重要而迫切的任务。本文以转型期大学生诚信教育的培养机制为研究对象，针对我国转型时期的大学生诚信缺失及诚信教育中存在的问题，对转型时期大学生诚信教育的培养机制进行了深入分析和研究，本研究的内容和成果主要有以下三个方面：首先，本研究通过问卷调查获得了大学生诚信及大学生诚信教育现状的第一手资料，对调查结果进行了深入的研究和分析，发现当前大学生诚信教育中存在的大学生知行不一、教育滞后社会发展、重视力度不够、内容缺乏系统性、教育手段单一五大问题，并对问题的形成原因从传统诚信观念、社会转型期的影响、学校诚信教育的缺失、大学生自身等方面进行了分析。其次，在研究大学生诚信教育现状及造成现状原因的基础上，从大学生诚信教育应遵循的主体性、实践性、系统性、循序渐进性、与职业道德教育相结合、与时俱进等六大原则及大学生诚信品质的培养过程维度研究了大学生诚信教育的运行机制。最后，基于以上的分析，笔者从加强大学生诚信教育管理、完善大学生诚信教育内容、拓展和创新大学生诚信教育培养途径、建设大学生诚信教育管理和评价机制、建设大学生自觉践行诚信的实践机制五个方面，，探讨了大学生诚信教育的培养机制。
[Abstract]:Honesty is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, the basic requirement of modern citizen morality and the symbol of social civilization. As the successors of the socialist cause and the future pillars of society, college students must have the good quality of honesty and trustworthiness in the transition period. However, the lack of honesty and credit of college students at present is serious, which not only affects the healthy growth of college students. It has also brought negative influence to the socialist market economy. It has become an important and urgent task to study the cultivation mechanism of honesty and credit education for college students in the transitional period. This paper takes the cultivation mechanism of college students' honesty and credit education in the transition period as the research object, aiming at the lack of credit and the problems existing in the honesty education of college students in the transitional period of our country. This paper deeply analyzes and studies the cultivation mechanism of college students' honesty and credit education in the transitional period. The contents and achievements of this study are as follows: first, This study obtained the first-hand information of college students' honesty and credit education through questionnaire, and analyzed the results of the investigation, and found that the current college students' honesty education has different knowledge and practice. Education lags behind the development of society, pays less attention to it, lacks systematization of content and single educational means. The reasons for the formation of the problem include the traditional concept of good faith, the influence of social transformation, and the lack of honesty education in schools. College students themselves were analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of studying the present situation of college students' honesty and credit education and the causes of the present situation, from the aspects of subjectivity, practicality, systematicness and gradual progress, which should be followed by the honesty and credit education of college students, it is combined with the professional ethics education. Six principles, such as keeping pace with the times, and the cultivation process of college students' honesty and credit quality, have studied the running mechanism of college students' honesty education. Finally, based on the above analysis, the author tries to strengthen the management of college students' honesty education, perfect the content of college students' honesty education, expand and innovate the cultivation ways of college students' honesty education, and construct the management and evaluation mechanism of college students' honesty education. This paper discusses the cultivation mechanism of college students'honesty education in five aspects.
