人的现代化视域下大学生创业教育问题研究

【摘要】：受国际金融危机的影响，目前我国大学毕业生就业问题面临前所未有的挑战，鼓励和支持大学生创业是缓解就业难的有效途径，本文把人的现代化与大学生创业教育作为创新的突破口，从马克思主义中国化研究出发，置身人的现代化视域下，在高等学校进一步加强人的现代化意识培养，使当代大学生具备创业意识和能力，从而有效地促进就业，实现“一人创业带动一群岗位”的就业模式。本文以马克思主义基本理论为基础，以当代大学生为研究主体，以人的现代化为切入点，结合当前大学生创业教育的现状，从实际调查研究入手，分析大学生创业教育存在的问题，进而培养大学生的创业意识，，提高大学生的创业素质和技能。当代大学生的现代意识、创业意识如何，直接关系到国家的创新能力，制约着国家的核心竞争力，因此，本文的研究意义重大。当前，对于“人的现代化”和“大学生创业教育”的研究逐年增多，但将二者结合起来的研究几乎没有。本文在人的现代化视域下研究大学生创业教育对策问题，具有一定创新性。大学生的创业意识，是其世界观、人生观、价值观在创业上的反映，影响着大学生的职业选择，无论对大学生个人的发展，还是对社会就业的推动，都具有十分重要的作用。从总体上看，当前大学生创业教育的积极因素是主要的，表现在国家、社会、学校对创业教育的资金投入在逐年加大，对创业教育的培养方式在不断拓宽，但实际中也存在很多的消极因素。从思想意识上看，高校对创业教育重视不够；从能力上看，创业教育对高校各方面的要求较高；从资金上看，创业教育的实践环节对高校的实力提出了挑战。这就要求我们以人的现代化的理论为指导，转变大学生的传统就业观念，培养大学生的现代意识和创业意识，增强大学生的创业能力。作好创业教育工作，一方面，可以缓解大学生自身的就业压力，发挥其作为高素质人才的创新能力；另一方面，通过大学生创业，带动社会更多的人就业，进而推动我国经济的发展，增强国家竞争力。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the international financial crisis, the employment problem of college graduates in China is facing unprecedented challenges. Encouraging and supporting college students to start a business is an effective way to alleviate the employment difficulties. This article regards the modernization of people and the education of university students as the breakthrough of innovation, from the study of Marxism in China, from the perspective of human modernization, and further strengthens the cultivation of people's modernization consciousness in colleges and universities. In order to promote employment effectively and realize the employment mode of "one person starting a business and driving a group of posts", the contemporary college students have the consciousness and ability to start a business. Based on the basic theory of Marxism, taking contemporary college students as the main body of study, taking the modernization of human beings as the breakthrough point, and combining the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship education, this paper starts with the actual investigation and research. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the entrepreneurship education of college students, and then raises the entrepreneurial consciousness of college students and improves their entrepreneurial quality and skills. The modern consciousness and entrepreneurial consciousness of contemporary college students are directly related to the innovation ability of the country and restrict the core competitiveness of the country. Therefore, the research of this paper is of great significance. At present, the research on "modernization of people" and "entrepreneurship education of college students" is increasing year by year, but there is hardly any research on the combination of the two. This paper is innovative in studying the countermeasures of entrepreneurship education of college students from the perspective of human modernization. The entrepreneurial consciousness of college students is the reflection of their world outlook, outlook on life and values on entrepreneurship, which affects the career choice of college students. It plays a very important role in both the individual development of college students and the promotion of social employment. On the whole, the positive factors of entrepreneurship education for college students are the main ones, which are reflected in the increasing investment in entrepreneurship education by the country, society and schools, and the widening of the training methods of entrepreneurship education. But there are many negative factors in practice. From the point of view of ideology, colleges and universities pay less attention to entrepreneurship education; from the ability point of view, entrepreneurship education requires higher in all aspects of universities; from the point of view of funds, the practice of entrepreneurship education challenges the strength of colleges and universities. This requires us to take the theory of human modernization as the guidance, change the traditional employment concept of college students, cultivate the modern consciousness and entrepreneurial consciousness of college students, and strengthen the entrepreneurial ability of college students. On the one hand, it can relieve the employment pressure of college students and give full play to their innovative ability as high quality talents. On the other hand, through university students' pioneering work, more people are employed in the society, thus promoting the economic development of our country and strengthening the national competitiveness.
