论榜样在大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育中的作用及实现路径

【摘要】：榜样的力量是无穷的。积极发现、树立、宣传和推广榜样,深入开展榜样的先进事迹、崇高品质的学习活动,充分发挥榜样的示范、引领、激励作用,是我党思想政治教育的优良传统和宝贵经验。长期以来,榜样以其时代性、先进性、形象性、可学性等鲜明特点,在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育过程中发挥着重要的作用。在推进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的背景下,开展大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育已成高校思想政治教育的主要内容和光荣使命。如何充分发挥榜样在大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育中的积极作用,不断增强大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育的针对性和实效性,是当前高校思想政治教育必须研究和破解的重要课题。本文围绕榜样在大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育中的作用及实现路径这一重要课题展开探讨,主要内容由三部分构成。第一部分揭示了榜样与社会主义核心价值体系的内在逻辑关联。第二部分论述了榜样在大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育中的作用,即榜样通过价值引导、目标激励、行为规范,不断提高大学生对于社会主义核心价值体系的认知度、认同度、践行度。第三部分分析了影响榜样在大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育中的作用发挥的障碍性因素。第四部分探讨了充分发挥榜样在大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育中的作用的实现路径,即充分发挥党员干部在践行社会主义核心价值体系的榜样示范作用,不断改进榜样教育,健全榜样教育的制度与机制。
[Abstract]:A fine example has boundless power It is the fine tradition and valuable experience of our Party to find, set, propagate and popularize the example, carry out the advanced deeds of the example, study the activity of the lofty quality, give full play to the demonstration of the example, lead, and inspire the function of our party's ideological and political education. For a long time, role models play an important role in the process of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students because of their distinctive characteristics of the times, advanced nature, image, learnability and so on. Under the background of promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture, it has become the main content and glorious mission of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to carry out the education of socialist core value system of college students. How to give full play to the positive role of example in the education of college students' socialist core value system, and to continuously enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the education of college students' socialist core value system, At present, ideological and political education in colleges and universities must be studied and solved. This paper focuses on the role of role models in the education of college students' socialist core value system and discusses the realization path, which consists of three parts. The first part reveals the inner logical relation between example and socialist core value system. The second part discusses the role of role models in the education of the socialist core value system of college students, that is, the role of role models in the education of the socialist core value system through value guidance, goal encouragement, behavior norms, and constantly improve the students' awareness of the socialist core value system. Recognition degree, practice degree. The third part analyzes the obstacle factors that affect the role of role models in the education of college students' socialist core value system. The fourth part discusses the way to realize the role of giving full play to the role of example in the education of the socialist core value system of college students, that is, to give full play to the exemplary role of Party members and cadres in practicing the socialist core value system. We should constantly improve the model education and perfect the system and mechanism of example education.
