工程管理硕士专业学位人才培养模式探析

【摘要】：工程管理硕士专业学位着眼于广义的工程管理,属交叉学科,旨在培养高层次、应用型、复合型人才,学生学习方式多为在职学习,其人才培养模式宜结合各自学科优势及生源特点,制定差异化的培养目标;以国际工程管理认证为导向,合理安排教学内容;突出实践教学与学科交叉,培养应用型复合型人才;规范教学管理与评估,确保人才培养质量。
[Abstract]:The engineering management master's degree focuses on the broad sense of engineering management. It is an interdisciplinary subject, which aims to cultivate high-level, applied and composite talents. Students study mostly in the form of on-the-job learning. The training mode of its talents should combine the advantages of their disciplines and the characteristics of the source of students to formulate the training objectives of differentiation; Under the guidance of international engineering management certification, the teaching contents should be rationally arranged, the practical teaching and discipline should be emphasized, the applied compound talents should be trained, the teaching management and evaluation should be standardized, and the quality of personnel training should be ensured.
