当代大学生道德价值自觉能力的培养研究

【摘要】：道德价值是一种特殊的精神价值。它反映着人们对现实生活的道德需要和对终极价值的追求。随着道德主体在现实生活中不断进行道德实践，其道德认识水平逐渐提高，主体意识逐渐增强，主观能动性能得到更高层次的发挥，使其能够主动、自觉地进行道德价值生成。培养主体道德价值自觉能力的目的在于提升人的道德价值理念，提高人的道德实践能力，培养个体完整的人格和促进形成有益于个体和社会发展的道德价值标准。当前多元价值并存、相互冲突的时代特征加深了人们对道德价值的迷茫。当代大学生经历了多年学习和实践，对道德价值已经形成了一定的理解，他们对自我发展的需要使他们具备较强的自我培养意识。道德价值自觉的能力是需要道德主体通过自身的意志才能达成的，对大学生进行适当合理的自觉能力培养正为此目标的实现提供了可能性。通过对不同的道德取向和价值理论进行理性的分析和评价，可以增强他们的道德价值自觉反省能力和自觉建构能力，有利于使其步入“慎独”境界。本文通过对国内外与道德价值自觉能相关的文献资料、教调查和实验进行综合研究，总结了国内外对道德价值自觉能力及其培养的研究的进展、成果和方法，提出本研究的思路与研究方法。将道德价值自觉能力从传统的道德能力中分离出来，从认知、选择、践履和更新四个层面分析了道德价值自觉能力的结构，并进一步分析了道德价值自觉能力的特征，，提出道德价值自觉能力培养的必要性和可能性，然后，得出了道德价值自觉能力培养的知、情、意、行四个目标。在理论研究的基础上，审视我国大学生道德价值自觉能力培养中存在的主要问题，并进行原因分析。最后，通过研究学校、社会、家庭和自我对道德价值自觉能力的影响和作用，探索提高当代大学生道德价值自觉能力的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Moral value is a special spiritual value. It reflects the moral needs of real life and the pursuit of ultimate value. With the moral practice of the moral subject in the real life, the level of moral cognition is gradually improved, the subjective consciousness is gradually strengthened, and the subjective initiative can be brought into play at a higher level, so that it can take the initiative and consciously generate the moral value. The purpose of cultivating the subjective self-consciousness of moral value is to promote the concept of human moral value, to improve the ability of moral practice, to cultivate individual integrity of personality and to promote the formation of moral value standards beneficial to individual and social development. The coexistence of multiple values and the conflicting characteristics of the times deepen people's confusion about moral values. After many years of study and practice, contemporary college students have formed a certain understanding of moral value, and their need for self-development makes them have a strong sense of self-cultivation. The ability of self-consciousness of moral value needs to be achieved by the moral subject through his own will, and it provides the possibility for the realization of this goal to carry out proper and reasonable cultivation of the self-consciousness ability of college students. Through the rational analysis and evaluation of different moral orientations and value theories, they can strengthen their ability of self-reflection and self-construction of moral value, and help them to step into the realm of "cautious independence". Based on the comprehensive research on the literature, teaching investigation and experiment, this paper summarizes the progress, achievements and methods of the research on the ability of moral value consciousness and its cultivation at home and abroad. The ideas and methods of this study are put forward. This paper separates moral value conscious ability from traditional moral ability, analyzes the structure of moral value conscious ability from four aspects of cognition, choice, practice and renewal, and further analyzes the characteristics of moral value conscious ability. The necessity and possibility of the cultivation of moral value conscious ability are put forward, and the four goals of moral value conscious ability cultivation are obtained. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper examines the main problems existing in the cultivation of moral value conscious ability of college students in China, and analyzes the causes. Finally, by studying the influence and function of school, society, family and self on the ability of moral value consciousness, this paper explores the effective ways to improve the moral value consciousness ability of contemporary college students.
