影响当前高校稳定因素及对策研究

【摘要】：高校的安全稳定是社会稳定的重要组成部分，高校是否稳定，关系到高校本身生存和发展，同时也是关系到国家的稳定、社会的安定和经济能否持续快速发展的国计民生的大事。随着我国经济建设取得的巨大成就，高等教育也得到快速发展，，高校规模不断扩大，大学生人数不断增加，办学日益开放，校园周边环境日趋复杂，加上我国正处于改革发展的关键时期，各种社会矛盾凸显，作为政治、文化、思想汇集、交流的前沿阵地——高校，无疑对稳定的维护与实现带来前所未有的冲击。因此，研究和探索新时期维护高校稳定工作体系及机制，确保高等学校的稳定，不仅对于维护高等学校教学、科研、生活秩序及高等学校各项工作顺利开展具有重要意义，更重要的是对维护整个社会的稳定、和谐具有十分重要的意义。本文通过对高校稳定工作的实地体会、研究，结合相关政府文件精神和本领域专家、学者关于高校稳定的研究成果的参考、借鉴，通过对知识的梳理，比较全面、系统地阐述了高校稳定的概念、重要性和高校稳定与社会稳定的之间的联系，分析并提出了现阶段高校稳定工作存在的严重问题以及导致这些问题突显的重要因素，并给出了现阶段维护高校稳定的主要方法和对策，特别是对维护高校稳定的各种机制建设提出了方法。本文结合高校学生工作一线的工作经验与扎实的理论，具有较强的实用性、有效性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:The security and stability of colleges and universities is an important part of social stability. Whether colleges and universities are stable or not is related to the survival and development of colleges and universities themselves, and also to the stability of the country. Social stability and whether the economy can sustain rapid development of the national economy and people's livelihood. With the great achievements in our country's economic construction, higher education has also been developed rapidly, the scale of higher education has been continuously expanded, the number of college students has been increasing, the school is opening up day by day, and the surrounding environment of the campus is becoming more and more complex. In addition, our country is in the key period of reform and development, all kinds of social contradictions are prominent. As the front position of politics, culture, thought gathering and communication, colleges and universities undoubtedly bring unprecedented impact to the maintenance and realization of stability. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and explore the system and mechanism of maintaining the stability of colleges and universities in the new period and to ensure the stability of institutions of higher learning, not only for the maintenance of teaching, scientific research, life order and the smooth development of institutions of higher learning. More importantly, it is of great significance to maintain the stability and harmony of the whole society. Through the field experience and research on the stability work of colleges and universities, combined with the spirit of relevant government documents and experts in this field, and the reference of scholars' research results on the stability of colleges and universities, through combing the knowledge, this article is relatively comprehensive. This paper systematically expounds the concept of university stability, its importance and the relationship between university stability and social stability, analyzes and puts forward the serious problems existing in the work of university stability at present and the important factors leading to these problems being highlighted. This paper also gives the main methods and countermeasures to maintain the stability of colleges and universities at the present stage, especially on the construction of various mechanisms for maintaining the stability of colleges and universities. Combining with the working experience and solid theory of college students' work, this paper has strong practicability, validity and maneuverability.
