生命关怀:当代中国高校德育的基本价值取向

【摘要】:当今世界随着经济、社会、科技的发展,使得大学生面临巨大的发展机遇,也陷入了前所未有的生命困境。近年来,越来越多的关于大学生伤害生命、践踏生命、漠视生命的悲剧不断在上演,并且愈演愈烈。这些现象使得高校德育迫切的需要充分的了解学生、贴近学生的生命状态,引导学生树立正确的生命观。现阶段高校德育的现状和发展中却缺少关于生命关怀的重要内容,在教育理念上过度的强调德育对社会的工具性价值。我国经济的高速发展呼吁良好的社会秩序,呼吁高度的精神文明,呼吁人的自由而全面的发展。德育是21世纪教育的灵魂,而生命关怀是高校德育的本质要求,是高校德育“以人为本”的具体体现,是高校德育发展的必然趋势。高校通过开展生命关怀教育,可以使得大学生懂得珍惜、爱护生命,懂得如何学会与他人、社会、自然之间的和谐相处,从而能够感知生命的本真意义和主体价值,进一步促进自身的全面发展。因此,第一,要确定以生命关怀为基本价值取向的现代德育目标,坚持“以学生为根本”,坚持“个体本位”和“社会本位”的统一,坚持“德目主义’’与“全面主义”的有机结合,使道德教育成为关注人的精神生命和完善个体人格的“本真”教育。第二,构建以生命关怀为基本价值取向的现代德育内容体系,其中包括进行生命意识教育,帮助大学生形成科学、正确、完整的生命价值观,让大学生热爱生命、珍惜生命、尊重生命、敬畏生命、欣赏生命,并能主动维护生命的权利;还包括进行忧患意识教育,如挫折教育、死亡教育和责任意识教育等并且把高校德育从知性德育向生活德育转变;第三,构建以生命关怀为基本价值取向的高校德育方式,在知识性德育中融入生命关怀教育,从重理轻情向知情交融转变。第四,营造以生命关怀为基本价值取向的高校德育文化环境,重视生命关怀的德育环境文化的建设,利用社会资源形成生命关怀教育的合力。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, society, science and technology, college students are faced with great opportunities and are in unprecedented predicament of life. In recent years, more and more tragedies about college students hurting life, trampling on life and ignoring life continue to play out and become more and more serious. These phenomena make moral education in colleges and universities urgently need to fully understand students, close to the life state of students, guide students to establish a correct view of life. At present, the present situation and development of moral education in colleges and universities is short of the important contents of life care, and too much emphasis is placed on the instrumental value of moral education to the society. The rapid development of our economy calls for good social order, high spiritual civilization and free and comprehensive development of human beings. Moral education is the soul of education in the 21st century, and the care for life is the essential requirement of moral education in colleges and universities, the concrete embodiment of "people-oriented" of moral education in colleges and universities, and the inevitable trend of the development of moral education in colleges and universities. Through carrying out life care education, college students can know how to cherish and cherish life, how to learn how to get along harmoniously with others, society and nature, so that they can perceive the true meaning and subject value of life. We will further promote our overall development. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to determine the goal of modern moral education with life care as the basic value orientation, adhere to the "student-oriented", adhere to the unity of "individual standard" and "social standard". Adhering to the organic combination of "morality" and "holism" makes moral education become the "true" education which pays attention to human's spiritual life and consummates individual personality. Second, construct the modern moral education content system, which takes the life care as the basic value orientation, including carrying on the life consciousness education, helping the university student to form the scientific, correct, complete life value, let the university student love the life, cherish the life. Respect life, appreciate life, and can take the initiative to safeguard the right of life; It also includes the education of suffering consciousness, such as frustration education, death education and responsibility consciousness education, and the transformation of moral education in colleges and universities from intellectual moral education to life moral education. Thirdly, we should construct the way of college moral education with life care as the basic value orientation, and integrate life care education into the knowledge moral education, and change from the emphasis on management to the blending of knowledge and knowledge. Fourthly, we should build a moral education cultural environment with life care as the basic value orientation, attach importance to the construction of life care moral education environment culture, and use social resources to form the resultant force of life care education.
