关于高校科协发展的思考

【摘要】：高校科协是中国科协的基层组织,在建设学术环境、促进科技发展、服务地方经济社会建设方面具有不可低估的地位和作用。目前高校科协存在组织发展比较缓慢、运行管理机制不够规范、教师对科协活动参与度不高等问题。高校科协发展的思路是:加强组织建设;明确工作主线;优化学术环境;创新工作机制。
[Abstract]:The Association of Science and Technology of Colleges and Universities is the grass-roots organization of the China Association for Science and Technology, which plays an important role in building academic environment, promoting the development of science and technology, and serving the local economic and social construction. At present, there are some problems such as the slow development of the organization, the lack of standard operation management mechanism and the low participation of teachers in the activities of the Association of Science and Technology in Colleges and Universities. The train of thought for the development of the Association of Science and Technology in Colleges and Universities is to strengthen the organizational construction, to make clear the main line of work, to optimize the academic environment, and to innovate the working mechanism.
