当代大学生社会责任感养成研究

【摘要】:当代大学生作为国家大力培养的知识分子,是未来先进生产力的生力军,是国家富强和民族振兴的希望。他们社会责任感的强弱直接关系到我国经济、政治、文化、社会建设能否实现全面进步与发展,,关系到社会主义现代化建设的兴衰成亡,关系到中华民族的前途和命运。近年来,随着社会结构、经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系、分配方式和生活方式的重大变化,大学生群体的精神面貌、价值观念、行为方式也都发生了很大的变化。在新的时代背景下,针对大学生的实际情况对其社会责任感养成做出全面而科学的分析,探索新时期大学生社会责任感养成的途径和原则,对于适应国际社会对大学生素质的总体要求和我国新时期人才培养战略目标的实现都具有重要的意义。 本文通过文献研究法、问卷调查法对当代中国大学生社会责任感养成进行研究。笔者结合前人的研究成果对责任、责任感和大学生社会责任感养成的概念进行了系统全面的界定;比较深入地研究了大学生社会责任感养成的理论依据;通过调查问卷所得数据为事实依据,分析了当代中国大学生社会责任感的现状及其存在问题的原因,有针对性的提出了当代大学生社会责任感养成的原则和途径。
[Abstract]:Contemporary college students, as intellectuals trained vigorously by the country, are the new force of the advanced productive forces in the future, and the hope of national prosperity and national rejuvenation. The strength of their social responsibility is directly related to whether China's economy, politics, culture and social construction can achieve all-round progress and development, to the rise and fall of socialist modernization, and to the future and destiny of the Chinese nation. In recent years, great changes have taken place in social structure, economic composition, organization form, employment mode, interest relationship, distribution style and life style, as well as the spiritual outlook, value concept and behavior mode of college students. Under the background of the new era, this paper makes a comprehensive and scientific analysis on the cultivation of college students' social responsibility according to their actual situation, and explores the ways and principles of the cultivation of college students' social responsibility in the new period. It is of great significance to adapt to the overall requirements of the international community for the quality of college students and to realize the strategic objectives of talent training in China in the new era. This paper studies the cultivation of social responsibility of contemporary Chinese college students by means of literature research and questionnaire survey. The author defines the concepts of responsibility, responsibility and the cultivation of social responsibility of college students systematically and comprehensively, and studies the theoretical basis of the cultivation of social responsibility of college students. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the present situation of contemporary Chinese college students' social responsibility and the reasons for its existing problems, and puts forward the principles and ways for the cultivation of contemporary college students' social responsibility.
