心理资本对大学生就业的影响研究

【摘要】:近年来,大学教育逐渐由精英化教育阶段过渡到普及化教育阶段。高校毕业生以平均每年近50万人的速度高速增长。同时,由于全球性经济低迷及国内就业市场结构性矛盾等内外部因素的影响,大学生就业难已经成为近年来的普遍性问题。解决大学生就业问题,成为国家保障和改善民生的重要任务。因此,对大学生就业问题进行研究,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本研究以心理资本为视角,通过对山东某综合型大学263名本科毕业生的问卷调查,采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,探讨心理资本(包括自我效能、希望、乐观、韧性四个维度)对大学生就业的影响。在综合以往研究成果的基础上,提出两个具体假设,假设一:心理资本(包括自我效能、希望、乐观、韧性)对大学生能否获得就业机会有显著影响;假设二:心理资本(包括自我效能、希望、乐观、韧性)对大学生就业质量有显著影响,心理资本存量越高的大学生就业满意度(包括单位性质、职业收入、职业发展前景、工作地域满意度、总体满意度)越高。 通过描述性分析,建立逻辑回归模型及多元线性回归模型,本研究得出两个结论:一、希望、乐观、韧性对大学生就业机会的获得有显著影响,并且这种影响都是正向的。二、乐观、韧性对大学生就业质量有显著影响,并且这种影响都是正向的。 在总结研究结果的基础上,提出了三点建议:一、通过设立阶段性目标,开发希望;二、通过强化积极归因,开发乐观;三、通过引导学生正确看待挫折,开发韧性。从而提高大学生就业竞争力。 本研究引入心理资本概念,分析大学生就业问题,并证明了心理资本中的希望、乐观、韧性维度对大学生就业有显著影响,具有一定的创新性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the university education gradually changes from elite education stage to universal education stage. College graduates are growing at an average annual rate of nearly five hundred thousand. At the same time, due to the global economic downturn and the domestic employment market structural contradictions and other internal and external factors, the difficulty of college students employment has become a common problem in recent years. Solving the employment problem of college students has become an important task for the state to guarantee and improve the people's livelihood. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the employment of college students. From the perspective of psychological capital, through a questionnaire survey of 263 undergraduate graduates from a comprehensive university in Shandong Province, this study discusses psychological capital (including self-efficacy, hope, optimism, etc.) by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The impact of tenacity on the employment of college students. On the basis of previous research results, two specific hypotheses are put forward: one is that psychological capital (including self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience) has a significant impact on the employment opportunities of college students; Hypothesis 2: psychological capital (including self-efficacy, hope, optimism, tenacity) has a significant impact on the employment quality of college students. The higher the stock of psychological capital, the higher the employment satisfaction of college students (including unit nature, career income, career development prospects). Job area satisfaction, overall satisfaction) higher. Through descriptive analysis, a logical regression model and a multiple linear regression model are established. Two conclusions are drawn: first, hope, optimism and toughness have a significant effect on the employment opportunities of college students, and all these effects are positive. Second, optimism, toughness have a significant impact on the quality of employment of college students, and this impact is positive. On the basis of summarizing the research results, three suggestions are put forward: first, to develop hope by setting stage goals; second, to develop optimism by strengthening positive attribution; third, to develop resilience by guiding students to see setbacks correctly. In order to improve the competitiveness of employment of college students. This study introduces the concept of psychological capital, analyzes the employment of college students, and proves that the hope, optimism and toughness dimensions of psychological capital have a significant impact on the employment of college students, and have a certain degree of innovation.
