北京体育大学运动人体科学专业本科毕业生就业状况调查与分析
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, with the deepening of the reform of the higher education system in China, the employment system has been gradually transformed into a "self-employed, two-way choice". The enrollment scale of colleges and universities has been continuously expanded, and the number of graduates has also risen sharply. The rapid growth of the number of graduates has undoubtedly increased the employment competition, and began to appear a series of problems, such as the decrease in employment rate, the decline in employment quality, the difficulty in employment, and so on, which have also become a hot spot in the current social concern. Sports human science is an important supporting discipline of sports scientific research. In recent years, along with the national attention to sports scientific research, great progress has been made. However, under the influence of the employment environment of the whole society, the graduates of sports and human science also have some problems such as increasing the difficulty of employment, decreasing the quality of employment and so on. Through questionnaire, telephone, interview and other forms, this research investigates the employment situation of recent three graduates, and sums up and analyzes the causes of the present situation. In order to find out a reasonable and effective solution, one is to provide the basis for the revision and perfection of the new teaching plan, the other is to increase the pertinence of graduate education and employment guidance service in the future, so as to improve the teaching quality and enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates. Through data analysis and induction, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The major employment units of graduates are sports-related enterprises and companies, and the working areas are mainly concentrated in large and medium-sized cities along the eastern coast of Beijing. 2. The monthly salary of the surveyed graduates is mainly 2, 000 yuan and 3, 000 yuan, and only 27.3% of the graduates earn more than 3000 yuan a month. Most of the graduates are satisfied with their current jobs. 3. The arrangement of teaching contents is still not perfect: one is that there are many kinds of specialized courses but not enough depth of explanation; the other is that the arrangement of practice time is not reasonable and the role of practice in practice training and employment can not be brought into play. The third is that there are few hours in the experimental class. 4. Most graduates are not satisfied with the employment guidance work of the school and hope to make the employment guidance course a compulsory course. 5. Employers are satisfied with the overall evaluation of graduates, but think that the cultivation of innovation consciousness and innovation ability still needs to be strengthened.
