成人教育中教学秘书与教学档案管理工作研究

【摘要】：文章阐述了成人教育中教学档案管理的主要内容以及加强教学档案管理的重要意义,提出了教学秘书加强教学档案管理工作的具体措施:加强思想教育,提高档案管理意识;加强业务培训,提高教学档案管理水平;做好原始材料的收集与整理,完善教学档案信息资源;强化整合意识,实现教学档案管理系统化;完善档案管理制度,做好教学档案的日常保管和使用工作;充分利用现代信息技术,推进档案管理现代化等。切实发挥教学秘书在教学档案管理工作中的作用,保证成人教育各项工作的正常运行。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the main contents of the management of teaching archives in adult education and the important significance of strengthening the management of teaching archives, and puts forward some concrete measures for the teaching secretaries to strengthen the management of teaching archives: strengthening ideological education. Improving the consciousness of archives management; Strengthening professional training and improving the management level of teaching archives; The collection and arrangement of the original materials should be done well, and the information resources of teaching archives should be perfected. Strengthen the consciousness of integration and realize the systematization of teaching archives management; Improve the archives management system, do a good job in the daily custody and use of teaching archives; We should make full use of modern information technology, promote the modernization of archives management, give full play to the role of teaching secretaries in the management of teaching archives, and ensure the normal operation of all kinds of work in adult education.
