【摘要】：正为了养护渔业资源,使海洋捕捞业可持续发展,克服海洋捕捞渔船过多对海洋渔业资源带来的压力,政府采取了削减海洋捕捞渔船、捕捞渔民转产转业的保护渔业资源措施,并为渔民转产转业提供培训项目支持。为了把政府的培训项目做的扎扎实实,采取了把渔民的转产转业培训与渔业行业的职业技能鉴定紧密结合,对渔民进行比较系统、规范的培训,培训结束后进行技能鉴定,使参加培训的渔民既学到了技术,又获得了从业的资格证书,大大
[Abstract]:In order to conserve fishery resources, make marine fishing industry sustainable development and overcome the pressure on marine fishery resources caused by too many marine fishing vessels, the Government has taken measures to reduce marine fishing vessels. The measures to protect fishery resources and provide training project support for fishermen to change their production and employment. In order to make the training projects of the government down-to-earth. Adopted the fishermen transfer training and fishery industry vocational skills identification closely, the fishermen are more systematic, standardized training, after the training of skills appraisal.
