促进湘潭县农业职业教育健康发展研究

【摘要】：随着我国加入WTO及湘潭县经济的快速发展，湘潭县的农业发展进入了新的阶段，农业职业教育对于促进湘潭县县域经济发展和建设社会主义新农村必将发挥更大的作用。本文对如何促进湘潭县农业职业教育健康发展这一问题进行试探性的研究，从分析农业职业教育的本质、内涵、特征、战略地位等入手，剖析湘潭县农业职业教育的现状，从中归纳出湘潭县农业职业教育的特点和作用，发现湘潭县农业职业教育历史悠久，基础扎实，但发展缓慢，道路曲折。指出湘潭县农业职业教育表面繁华，实际上存在认识不足、投入不够、政府职能偏离和教学资源、手段落后等问题，并就问题的存在进行原因分析，指出湘潭县农业职业教育发展的有利条件。就促进湘潭县农业职业教育健康发展，从政府、农业职业教育职能部门两个方面进行思考，认为政府应当明确指导思想，转变职能，制订法规，出台政策，加大投入，引导舆论，消除传统价值观对农业职业教育的负面影响，宏观调控普、职教育结构，创设普、职教育等值，普、职教育沟通的教育体制和教育结构体系；认为农业职业教育职能部门要树立服务“三农”的理念，整合教育资源，优化办学机制，，创新教育教学模式。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO and the rapid economic development of Xiangtan County, the agricultural development of Xiangtan County has entered a new stage. Agricultural vocational education is bound to play a greater role in promoting the development of county economy and building a new socialist countryside in Xiangtan County. This paper makes a tentative study on how to promote the healthy development of agricultural vocational education in Xiangtan County. Starting with the analysis of the essence, connotation, characteristics and strategic status of agricultural vocational education, this paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural vocational education in Xiangtan County, and concludes the characteristics and functions of agricultural vocational education in Xiangtan County. It is found that the agricultural vocational education in Xiangtan County has a long history and solid foundation, but the development is slow and the road is tortuous. This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems, points out the favorable conditions for the development of agricultural vocational education in Xiangtan County, and promotes the healthy development of agricultural vocational education in Xiangtan County. The author thinks that the government should make clear the guiding ideology, change the function, formulate laws and regulations, introduce policies, increase input, guide public opinion and eliminate the negative influence of traditional values on agricultural vocational education. The author holds that the functional departments of agricultural vocational education should set up the idea of serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers and integrate educational resources. To optimize the mechanism of running a school and to innovate the educational and teaching mode.
