基于茶文化的大学体育教育模式研究

【摘要】：结合当前大学体育教学活动的具体实施状况可以看到,其存在理念上的缺失,元素上的不足等一系列问题,影响了大学体育教学活动的实施效果。因此,结合体育教学活动改革创新这一要求,从教学目标的优化入手,结合教学内容的优化选择,从而发挥大学体育教学活动在人才培养过程中的具体效果。本文拟从当前大学体育教学活动中存在的问题和不足分析入手,结合大学体育教育活动开展的具体要求,通过融入茶文化理念的具体内涵,从而探究基于茶文化的大学体育教育模式。
[Abstract]:It can be seen that a series of problems, such as the lack of concept and the deficiency of elements, affect the implementation effect of college physical education activities. Therefore, combining with the requirement of the reform and innovation of physical education activities, starting with the optimization of teaching objectives and the optimization of teaching contents, the concrete effect of college physical education activities in the process of personnel training can be brought into play. This paper begins with the analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the current college physical education activities, and combines the specific requirements of the university physical education activities, through the integration of the specific connotation of the tea culture concept. In order to explore the college physical education model based on tea culture.
